I had to share this with you guys. I am speechless.

What the hell...

Lmao f*ckn abraham lincoln vampire slayer thats gonna be 2 hours of your life you'll never get back my friend

good book honestly. from they guy who did pride, and prejudice, and zombies, and T Roosevelt: WereWolf hunter..

I'm only through the prolog of A Lincoln, but its pretty good so far.

theyre really taking these vampire movies kinda far with this crap....

I'll definitely watch it. Next year, they're slated to do Pride & Prejudice & Zombies. I'll watch that one, too. :)

OOOOOHHHHHHHH its that series??? Should be badass/funny then :D

Just found something fun to download and read on my new kindle finally. This stuff sounds crazy but I heard they're good reads.

30 days of night wasnt bad...the fright night remake with colon was terrible

Underworld was fun. Romeo and Juliet with the super natural. Vampire diaries is fun Ailey because of how dumb it it

Bela and Christopher Lee always win for me. Of course you can't not mention Gary Oldman, or Whilem DeFoe...

Interview was really good as for a whiney vamps go :). Queen of the Damned was fun.

Lifeforce for those really odd 80's movie mentions :) Ultraviolet could have been so much better, still a fun watch though.. but would have probably been an amazing animated movie or Graphic Novel.

was that the one with Ethan Hawke and Wilem DeFoe (came out a year or two ago?)

I believe so. It's sitting in my Netflix instant que. :)

i wasnt happy with daybreakers....the preist was okay......

Three words. The.Lost.Boys

Though the sequels lack something to be desired. The first is a true classic that I measure all other vamp movies too.

cheepnis (for all you Zappa Fans) works great for the Zombie / Monster Movie genres, but man it usually leads to an unwatchable vamp film :)

great sound track!

Any one ever see "The Hunger" heard about it. seen the Bahahus Video fromt eh soundtrack, but never saw the movie.

Yes.

Priest was terrible. And I like Paul Bettany.

Priest was a "fun" and "brainless" movie, and that's about it. I would watch a sequel to it, if one were made that was atleast on-par with the first. I do like Paul Bettany, though.

Never saw the sequels, but definitely love the first one. I remember watching it as a kid for the first time with a cousin of mine. It may have been the start of my obsession with all things "dark". :D

Caught a good one a few weeks ago from a recommendation from "dsade" - Let Me In. It's slow, very dark, but all in all a good tale.

Best vampire movie IMO. Cult classic. I love 80s movies, more fun, cooler actors you could relate to and just a reminder of a better time all together ;-)

Eh... I'd say they're both about equal, except the lighting in Legion was better. :D Overall, they're both movies that I'd consider "If they're on, I'll watch 'em" - if they're not, I won't hunt them down.

or vampires 2 (with Jon Bon Jov) ? :)

I think that I caught some of that, but my brain has blocked it from my memory...mostly due to it being vampires 2 (with Jon Bon Jovi).

Quick take on a few I've seen in my day off the top of my head:

Queen of the Damned - Eh... cheesy
Dracula 2000 - Dumb and a half, but an interesting link to Judas in there.
30 Days of Night - Unique spin, I enjoyed it.
Underworld(s) - Enjoyed them all, if for nothing else but boobs / leather-clad boobs
Fright Night (orig) - Cheesy, campy, and fun. Chris Sarandon has always been that pedo- kinda creepy anyway.
Fright Night (redo) - Not too bad. Better horror flick than the original, and I am a huge David Tennant fan. (Dr. Who FTW!!!)
Tales from the Crypt Bordello of Blood - Again, boobs. Typical TftC movie, appropriately campy. And boobs. Angie Everhart. Boobs.
Van Helsing - Eh... some boobs. Kate Beckinsale. Wolverine. That's about it.
Salem's Lot (both) - Typically long Steven King flicks, but worth a few hours of your time to view.
Interview w/ a... - Saw it once. Snooze. Not a fan.
From Dusk till Dawn - Epic classic azz-kickin' flick. And boobs. And Salma Hayek.

Surprisingly, I really like Legion. That was the movie that made me appreciate Paul Bettany (that and his wife). The whole Micheal vs Gabriel thing was really cool. Plus that old woman was just creeeeepy.
anyone see Cirque De Freak?
Yes, good for what it was.
or vampires 2 (with Jon Bon Jov) ? :)
Yep, not better then the original by far. James Woods awesome in those movies.

The two sequels to Dracula 2000 with Jason Scott Lee are much better then the original. You go from having Gerard Butler as Dracula to Rutger Hauer.... need I say more.

Speaking of Dracula, Blade Trinity was a let down. Even with the inclusion of boobs (Jessical Biel) and Dracula it was a disappointment. It's hard to improve on Blade II so maybe that had something to do with it.

And don't bother watching the Dusk till Dawn sequels. If you absolutely want to, watch the Hangmans Daughter (#3). Skip the second all together.

blade trilogy.....edit....just saw post above
