Yea i feel pretty retarded! but so what!! I am confused why my rep points are 20 and i have been awarded over 1400 for this thread? but its ok i really dont deserve any points

That is your rep POWER. How many points you give when you rep someone. Rep power comes from a different algorithm to include your rep points, how long you have been on AM, and how many posts you have.
