ok ive been training and lifting for since i was 17. ive never been able to really cut down to what i want.
my diet and routine for the gym is down soild. i just cant seem to lose any more b/f.
i run 3 to 5 miles at least 4 days a week and i currently
210lbs 17%b/f my goal is to drop about 10% b/f and and really cut up. heres what im thinking about running.

any kind of comments or suggestions.
