DB Lunges: 4x50 lb DB's (8,8,8,8)
Sled Calve Raises: 4x360 (8,8,8,8)
Platform Calve Raises: 4x BW (12,12,12,12)
AB CIRCUIT:
3x through, 1 min rests
Calves over bench sit-ups
Hanging Knee raises
Cable Crunches
(all 3x25,15,25)
I was drained after yesterday nights workout. i had to get up at 5 am this morning for work so today has been an off day. I also need to hone in on a cleaner diet. it has been clean but not as clean as I want it to be. I will work on this tomorrow, and work on getting a better calorie count.
Tomorrow: Day Off, or light Cardio.
SIDES: back (erector muscles) feels tight today..is this the beggining of back pumps? Hope not!!
