So my family has been hounding me for ideas.
They won't do supplements or gift cards...
So since I really honestly can't think of one thing that I want it looks like they're going to be winging it and wasting their money on something I don't want or need lol.
What do you all have on your list?
 
i never want gifts, but my family always gives me something i'll never use or need. my wife indicated a new motorcycle but i hope like hell she doesnt.
 
my fam won't do supplements or any of that....but new training shoes are always good, even if you stash them which is what i do

the thing i wanted this year, but i'll never get because it's just to expensive for me to ask anyone is an earthing bed sheet
 
The shoes would be a good idea.

I ended up asking for a little nightstand min vault for my XDM 9mm.
That and a hoodie.

I'm easy to please lol.
 
im getting new shoes too cuz im also in the no-supplements-for-christmas-crew. i was actually thinking vibrams for the sole reason that they look more profesional to the public as a trainer. i dont personally want them all that bad lol
 
Guess I'm lucky,I have made a list of supplements for multiple people that asked :) and I already got one early-tickets to the Arnold Expo,it will be my first time going!
 
Training shoes, text books, skins, snowboard.
 
why not ask for a donation to a charity in your name?

Same thing here bro! It seems like now that I'm graduated with a real job, they insist on "there has to be something" more than when I was I'm school and really struggling lol.

20lbs egg white/whey iso
16lbs milk isolate

Lifting shoes and a quality set of wrist wraps for when the ones I'm using get loose. My fam knows about my usage but refuse to buy me "any of that muscle stuff" since they don't condone it lol.
 
a lot of ppl aren't into supplements and big muscle type things....but no one really seems to disregard healthy living and the gym

a gym gift cerificate is always welcomed
 
Ask for a good Multi. Everyone should take a multivitamin i don't even consider them a supplement. I know I'm going to be getting animal pack for Christmas :)
