Just realized I haven't been posting my lifts, today I'm doing squats so I will post today's and start posting ever days starting next week. I'm supposed to do my rest week next week for 5,3,1 but I'm feeling really good and don't want to waste anytime/money while on andro.

Yeah woke up pretty tight, was supposed to go running this morning but just didn't feel it. So gonna go tonight or tomorrow morning.
 
Crappy day at work last night so really wanted to clear my mind when I got home. Did my run and really helped clear my head.

Got qudoba last nigh, pretty sure chick wasn't washing her hands luckily I'm a cool I'm exposed to this stuff more, my wife is rolling around on the floor moaning 3 trips to the bathroom and I'm good lmao.

How's the andro at treating you? (Weight, strength, body composition)

Feeling stronger recovery is going great after being sick. Still hovering around 230, gonna start running 5 days a week now. Diet has gotten a little to loose as I pointed out earlier so need to get it back in check. Strength is going good hit all my goals for last week which is nice, and all my secondary movements keep progressing. Body wise my arms have never been more vascular but that seems to be coming more and more as I get older, when I was 18 I was at my fittest you could even see my abba but I still didn't have any vascularity.
The best part is I have had zero sides.

Weird thing is shoulder doesn't hurt on OHP but it does on bench but only when I do power lifting style bench not body building.

I'm really sorry about how this log went I really halfa???? It, especially since I think androvar is a great product it really helped me get my lifts back up my maxes went from

Squats 270 to 310
Bench 195 to 225
Deadlift 315 to 365

And I'm three weeks out and lifts are still steady and going up. I will definitely recommend this product to others and I'm planning on going back on it again in about a month or so this time I won't be coming off from being sick and my diet is totally on point, I'm down to about 220 right now and hope to be at 200 by fall. Again I just want to apologize for the quality of this log and hope to do a better job next time.
 
Yeah it didn't go as planned :/ hick ups and life happened along the way. Glad you enjoyed it though.
