dude arnold smoked weed at the end of Pumping Iron
I attribute some of my physique to the ability of weed to enhance any bulk by supplying a voracious appetite

Ya, Ill just force the food down wether Im hngry or not, so it really doesn't matter to me in that respect
dude after taking deca for 2/3 weeks it can supress your appetite. It supressed my appetite so bad I didnt want to eat 24/7, and to the point where I was shaking like a leaf and feeling sick forcing myself to eat, thats something far more esaily said than done.
So little things like this to help are gold and will help you at some stage in life. trust.
But as far as Arnold having it in his cigar, I doubt it very much.
Yeah i have problems forcing myself to eat enough food when i'm bulking. If i'm eating enough my stomach will feel all full and sickly. Also when I start lifting all hard my stomach is so upset it doesn't want its post-WO meal. Enter weed.
Yes, its a better high when you eat it, but unless you do something crazy like make butter or something you have to eat quite a bit. You can also vaporize it so you can smoke it without burning it, so no harmful smoke.
BTW, Arnold admitted that the joint in pumping iron was weed, and that he inhaled. He said it in some making of pumping iron interview.
A vaporizer heats a chamber to a point where the chemicals responsible for the high are released into the air, but below the burning point of the plant itself (leaves and wood). Using one of these you can avoid basically inhaling forest fire smoke every time you smoke.
Just google it, you'll find products out there. I haven't smoked in years so don't know what's out there.
Anyone know if that legal K2 give you the munchies like weed?
BTW, Arnold probably still smokes weed IMHO
K2/Spice is a combination of not-yet-illegal synthetic cannabinoids - the effects are very similar to weed even at a neurotransmitter level. JWH-018 is a complete agonist of the cannabinoid receptor, whereas THC is only a partial agonist, so it's actually way easier to get super high on.
