First of all I want to thank Performance Labs for allowing me to log HyperMax. I will be using a GVT type routine and my routine will be like this:
Monday Inclined Bench
Tuesday Box Squats
Thursday Seated Press[/B]
Saturday Deadlift I decided to go with 5/3/1 BBB
My goal is to get my D/L up to 325lbs.
I am going to start all my lifts at about 50% of my 1 RM.I will be taking 90 seconds rest between sets.My rest periods should go up as weight increase. I will be lifting early morning in fasted state.I will be dosing 2 scoops of Hypermax about 30 minutes preworkout.
Because of holiday Monday I will do Tues/Wed and Fri/Sat for this week

Able to get all 10 sets
