6/19/2014 Squat Day

Box Squats 165 lbs 10x10


Notes
5:30 am I took 2 scoops of Hyper Max and I worked out about 30 minutes later.

Energy 10/10 It has been almost 1 week since I last used Hyper Max and the energy was very pronounced.I was able to get all 10 sets with about a 60 second rest between sets.The energy from this stuff is just great.
Pumps I really can not comment on the pumps since all I did were squats.

Glad to see you back Koi!! Hope all is well. Before running my current stack, I deloaded and took a week off stims. Came back and my usual dose of Hypermax was very intense!

Saturday 6/21/2014 Deadlift Day

Deadlift-5x3 220,240,260,260,280(last set 5 reps)
Speed D/L 105 5x15
Good Mornings 95lbs 5x15
Farmers Walk 45lbs DB about 600 feet I walked from the front to back of house and back to the front 3 times and finished by cutting all the grass.

Notes
Energy/Focus Hypermax at 2 scoops is by far the best stim product I have used and the list is big.I had the extra energy so I did the farmers walk and finished my mowing the yards.
Pumps forearms were burning and veiny big time.

Monday 6/23/2014 Bench Day

Incline BP 125lbs (10x10) I was able to get the first 6 sets but I had to drop the weight back down to 105lbs to get the last 4 sets.


Notes

I took 2 scoops at 5am and I worked out at 5:30

Energy/Focus The energy & focus from this is still a 10/10.
Pumps I noticed a more fuller look in my chest & upper arms today.

I have 6 (2 scoop) servings left & I want to test my big 3 max lifts. So tomorrow and next Wednesday I am going for my max squats.This Saturday & next Saturday will be my max D/L day.This Thursday will be overhead press and next Monday I am going to try to do max bench.

Tuesday 6/24/2014 Squat Day

Squats (5x3) 165,185,205,225, last set with 245lbs I got 6 reps.

Notes
I took 2 scoops at 5:30am and worked out around 6am.

Energy/Focus My current 1 rep max is 245lbs and today I got 6 ATG reps with 245. So I an honestly say HyperMax provided me with not only the energy & focus but also it helped with that extra concentration boost as well.

Seated OHP 105lbs (10x10)

Notes

Took 2 scoops at 5:30 and worked out at 6am.
Energy/Focus still going strong.
Pumps-with the high reps I must say the pumps are pretty good from Hypermax.

Saturday 6/28/2014 Dead Lift Day

D/L's (3x3) followed by 1 rep sets

Warm-up sets 135x10,185x10
Set 1 235x3
Set 2 255x3
Set 3 275x3
Set 4 285x1 barely but got is clean
Set 5-going for new RM 295x1 but could not get bar off floor

Farmers Walk 45lb DB 600 feet

I took 2 scoops of HyperMax at noon and worked out at 12:30.

Notes

Focus/Energy again had the energy and focus but could not get the PR lift.I am going to go all out next Saturday with just singles to bust my 285 plateau.

Pumps nice pump in forearms.

I agree. Go with the singles. Also, I know it's a PR, but do not think about it, just set up like you normal would and rip that bar up. You'll get it!

I am going for 300 on my squats this week and only doing 1 rep each set after warm ups.Tomorrow will be BP max day.

7/1/2014 BP 1 RM Day
Warm Ups 95lbs x10,115lbs x10
Set 1 135lbs x1
Set 2 155lbs x1
Set 3 175lbs x1
Set 4 185lbs x 1 My new 1 RM
Set 5 195lbs x1 I failed miserably.The way I have it set up at home is I got 3 milk crates stacked on both sides of my bench.I do this in case I can't rack the weight or can't hold the weight at the beginning.It acts like the side bars on a squat rack.

Notes
Due to last nights storms here I over slept.I took 2 scoops of HyperMax at 6:30 and worked out at 7.

Energy/Focus The energy from this stuff is great and I have to give it credit for the energy I got to hit my measly 185 today.The best part about it is that don't mess with my empty stomach.

Did have any storm damage up in Rockford?
Yeah a lot of friends had trees knocked down. I live North in Roscoe area, we lucked out. I work for an ISP, and we have been swamped with towers with fried out equipment too.

You guys get hit hard? And any Melo sightings lol.

I have a 4 day weekend so took 2 scoops at 11:30 and worked out at 12.I think this actually helped because I had 2 meals in my system already and I got aggressive with my squats.

Energy/Focus still going strong and sad to say I have just one day left.My last workout and final review will be Sunday.

My final thought on Hyper Max

What I liked about HyperMax:
3 full grams of creatine which provides enough creatine to provide muscle saturation
Beta Alanine 3.2 grams which boost muscle carnosine levels and helps with endurance.
Agmatine 1 gram which helps with the pump
Choline Bitartrate 500mgs increase acetylcholine levels in the brain and help with focus & concentration.
Energy & Drive Complex provides 1170mgs of a nice clean energy.The energy from 2 scoops is no joke and is very strong.

What I would change with HyperMax
I think that the flavor can be better.It don't taste bad but it could be better.

Final Thoughts
All in all HyperMax is a great preworkout formula and I will be using it again.In conclusion I want to thank Performax Labs for giving me the chance to log their product and I give it a 9/10.
