I know there are many factors (I.e. severity, age, genetics, diet, etc) but what is the general range of recovery.
I did not require crutches but tweaking it certain ways just walking, putting on pants etc would make this grown man cry in severe pain. It’s been a week and I can still unintentially move it a certain way and I feel the pain. Pain def cut in half, but I’m thinking it’ll be a decent time frame before I can train legs/calves again?
From people I’ve spoke with, Achilles’ tendon is not something you wanna **** with so I’m looking to play it safe. Anyone with experiences with this?
