I have just ordered the above and would like to know when and how much to take before after meals etc? Can not wait,I have read many good things about these products.

The two best times to take MassFX are first thing in the morning and about an hour before a workout.

For hyperdrol, it's first in the morning and in the evening before bed.

I usually have people set it up like this:

Wake up: 2 MassFX, 1 Hyperdrol
Before workout: 2 MassFX, 1 Hyperdrol
Before Bed: 2 Hyperdrol

It doesn't make the biggest difference in the world if you take with food or on an empty stomach, but with a little bit of food will increase absorption of the ingredients a little bit.
 
What if you work out within the first hour of waking up? Should the timing change?

I also saw someone said to take 4 before a workout for crazy intensity. Should it be split up or can you do 4 at once. I assume it should be a little more spread out through the day.
 
I'd not do 4 pre-w/o. That's just overkill, IMO. Spreading it out throughout the day would be more beneficial as there are other aspects to the product that will aid in what your body needs after you hit the plates - i.e., recovery periods. :cheers:
 
If you workout in the morning, just use your morning dose as your pre-workout dose.

Take the second dose sometime in the afternoon.

You're like me. You work out in the morning. For some reason we're the rare breed on these forums.
 
i just started runnin hyperdrol solo this week, i wake up around 7 and pop one then workout at 12 and pop one preworkout..should i keep at it or instead of takin it preworkout just do it later in the afternoon?
 
I think a 5 hour difference should be fine.


If you notice any sort of headaches or stomach issues during your cycle, take the pre-workout dose at a later point in the day. The effects of Hyperdrol take so long to (fully) kick in, and last for so long, that it shouldn't make as much of a difference for pre-workout. MassFX makes a huge difference, though.

Truthfully, fitting your doses into your schedule is more important than timing them to the T.
 
yeah probably gonna dose it later then cause my stomach has been acting up a little, thanks a lot bro.
 
sounds good. hope your stomach feels better.

No sense in taking it pre-workout and having stomach aches hindering your performance.
 
its never good to workout on an upset stomach have you worked out since deciding to change up the dose? any difference? its often common that the forslean upsets an empty stomach
