The 2,2-dimethyl-6beta- and 6alpha-bromo steroids 4 and 5 were extremely powerful inhibitors (K(i): 14 and 10 nM, respectively), but these two did not cause a time-dependent inactivation of aromatase in the presence of NADPH; in contrast, the 2-methyl-1,4-diene steroids 8 and 10 caused time-dependent inactivation with apparent k(inact) of 0.035 and 0.071 min(-1), respectively, in a suicide manner. These results indicate that the 2,2-dimethyl function of the 6beta-bromide 4 would prevent the inactivation of aromatase caused by inhibitor 1 in a suicide manner, probably through steric activity, whereas the 2-methyl group of steroid 8 did not significantly affect the suicidal inactivation by the parent 1,4-diene steroid, a typical suicide substrate.

I think its basically because people like new products, from a reputable company. AX now formulates their own products. I think its worth a shot to see how this works out, seeing as how the original formulation was a definite success.

AX carried some great orals, but some of these test-boosters are really absurd. There are a ton of effective and cheap AIs on the market.

True, but maybe this one will be great. There isn't too much research on 6-bromo, so I think the logs are necessary. And I personally wouldn't mind trying it out.

cardio- when bodybuilding during cutting it was 20-30 minutes of interval training 4 days a week keeping hr at around 75%-150-155, in bulking phases tuesday and thursday 25 mins of low intensity training keeping hr around 140-maxhr 209. During the baseball phase i was running 13-15 miles per week around 7 30 miles, never more than 4 a day.
previous supplements- 1st ever was oxodrol, gained around 8 lbs, which felt like mostly water weight, most lifts went up 2-3 reps or 15-20 lbs, didnt use proper pct and lost alot of gains, 2nd used was halodrol used while cutting and basically just maintained my strength while losing 6 lbs and becoming reasonable leaner, calipers had me at 8.6 before halo and 7.1 after, all lifts either stayed the same or slighty increased, superdrol was the last prohormone i used about 10 monthes ago gains were very good gained about 4 quality pounds strength was consitently increasing, only did a 3 week cycle because i hated the lethargy and it was during finals, lifts went up by about 20lbs, bench went from 245-7, to 275-5, squats went from 275-4, to 295-4, deadlift went from 315-8 to 365-6, pullups were my greatest strength increase going from 8 with 25 pound plate to 14 with a 25lb plate and 8 with a 45lb plate, all accesory lifts also greatly improved but i focus more on contraction with many of my other lifts so those gains were more progressive and not pushed quite as hard.

Training experience: Been lifting seriously for about 6 years. I have always been obsessed with becoming the hugest, strongest mother f***er. I used to be a member of the Alberta Bobsled Association, until moving to the United States to finish College, and was in an associated training program. This is the premier Olympic bobsled program In Canada, located at Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, Alberta--- home of the 1988 Olympics----”Cool Runnings” lol. As such, I was trained by and trained with the best; from power lifters to gymnasts. The Olympics was always the goal and so the training reflected that.

My current diet consists of 6 meals a day. I plan on getting anywhere between 4000 and 5500 calories a day over the next 8-12 weeks. I get my protein from lean meats, eggs, and lots of protien shakes! My carbs are mainly of low GI, except post workout where I immediately consume 400-500 cals from fruit drinks along with two scoops of whey and 10g of creatine mono.

A Little About Myself:
I have always excelled at whatever I do, whether it be school or leisure. I attend special attention to whatever I do. If I am going to do something, I might as well do it the best. This has been reflected not only in my mighty prowess for my age, lol, but also in my academics. I graduated high school two years ahead of my peers--- at the age of 16.

Since I was a little boy I have always admired muscular individuals. In grade one when everyone was asked what they wanted to be when they grew up, I answered, "the strongest man in the world". I guess it just stuck. I still want to be the strongest, but I also want to be the leanest. LOL. This seemed to almost be an oxymoron until recent years, but with champions such as Mariusz Pudzianaowski it now seems possible. I have been very excited about the new products being released lately, great reported gains with minimal sides. This log would possibly give my another edge, and help bring me one step closer to my ultimate goal, to triumph above all of my peers and become the strongest man in the world. HaHa.

Well, you know when you flex and you just care about how your abs will look, well, I was using my hand as a resistance, to help flex the abs better, but my hand wasn't flat on my leg. I don't know if that makes sense. My hand was on my leg. :icon_lol:
