Biceps/Triceps/Abs day today. I still have the pesky DOMS, but it seems to clear very fast. Its very weird because I will be sore as hell on one day, but then the next day, I wouldn't feel an ounce of soreness. Libido has been up as well spontaneous erections and all. This was embarrassing when I was on the elliptical because I started pitching a tent out of nowhere and I had to quit and sit down for a second. Pumps are still outstanding and I feel pumped even when I'm not working out. I feel that MMV2/3-AD is the perfect stack because you get that aggression/energy/cuts from MMV2 and 3-AD seems to be more of a strength/mass/libido compound. My only real problem with the two is that my joints are still very dry(but so is my stomach). I am trying to decide on whether or not I should continue this log when the MMV2 is done or if I should open up a new log for the rest of the 3-AD (and possibly H-Drol).
