It was mainly about trying to get in clean calories. 8oz ground turkey with seasoning and the rice is probably 800 calories.
I have eaten a lot of taco turkey and rice this prep overall, and it’s been good up until I hit the peak. Main reasons being more dirty foods introduced to load the days before peak sessions, then Anadrol on them killing appetite sympathetically. So when you have been overeating and getting your gut hit by orals, you lose the desire to eat what was once fine.
Anyway, I’m taking orals this week since Friday, been a mix of some Anavar and old Xtren I thought I’d play with. And meat & rice is killing me. Spent 25 minutes the last 4-5 times I’ve tried to eat it, absolute force feed.
So after breakfast of that today, I thought blending it for meal 2 MIGHT be easier. It was faster, but I had to stop about 4/5th through when the gagging was risking an upchuck.
Yes, if you take warm broth with chicken it’s really just a soup. Maybe add some salt & pepper and spices you like.
Otherwise, cold chicken, cold water, and pound it as fast as you can.
