Good accessory session; seeing solid progress on shrugs again now that I can do them fresh instead of after deadlifts. Same for the rows; being fresh makes a big difference.
Decided to just quickly touch squats as I was walking out, purely for practice and to gauge the knee. Everything felt smooth, even just in my flat Xero light trail boots, which is some reassuring feedback after how sketchy last week felt. Looking forward to Friday’s squats now.
