ART doc said my back was feeling better than it has in weeks in him, very happy with it, and to start loading things up in a partial range. It was tough to get under the straight bar tonight inside the commercial power rack, but once there my elbow didn’t have the pain it used to, and these weights felt pretty great overall. Belt also fit good, definitely not too tight, which is always what you want to feel when it’s been awhile. Tonight was great progress!
Heading out to Denver tomorrow, so this is likely it for this week - hoping the wife kicks some ass!!!
