I Love Peanut Butter !!

Good stuff, how did the stomach handle the big meal right after the fast?

What the hell. 5 days.. that’s torture.. but the sirloin.. oh man.. 🤤

Really well. Because it’s shrunk down you will get full faster than usual and it’s a tad more sensitive, but basically excellent.

It was a great steak! As for the fast, no different really than any strict diet for that period. In a lot of ways it’s nicer, because it’s so low effort. You can’t have anything besides water and some table salt, so it takes no action. Just will!

20 mins fasted cardio in the morning this day. Began GW0742 prior to that, and switched back to carbs.

Back did great with the reverse hypers and my knee didn’t pop on squats or anything other than dismounting on the GHR, so I think I will keep those out for a minute & push the reverse hypers instead. It’s definitely healing up. New Titan EZBar was awesome & I felt strong on it. Left elbow had next to no pain/discomfort at the top of the curl and I believe I have slightly increased the ROM on it some by doing a lot of frequent stretching. I can now get my left hand back on my neck with a lot of additional effort from my right hand, so that’s making progress.

Really expected to gain more than 2lbs after reintroducing carbs, but I think the Super Cardarine is absolutely ripping through carbs. By the time I had gotten through my warmup for the deload bench today, I felt like I was on the edge of low blood sugar. Had to go slam some honey in the kitchen! I also needed very little rest earlier on and the cycle warmup felt so easy.

Will be interesting to see if you get back to 250 or stay down from it. Sounds like you are feeling just as strong if not stronger!

Glad you got the curls back pain free man! Curious to see how that new GW treats you. I’m thinking about going that route next time tren gets involved.

I don’t think I will get back there right now; hopefully not quite that high! There’s no reason that should happen unless I flat out overeat.

Thanks man. I think it could be tough if you are trying to grow. Initial impressions are that this is stronger per mg than traditional GW.

Good to hear on the stomach handling that well. It looks like a great meal to break a fast with!!!

My son has been sick and I woke up with a sore throat.

Weighed 241.4, down over a lb, despite lots of food yesterday. Going to push calories harder today and bump my lower deload session to tomorrow night - give my knee an extra day.

30 min fasted LISS this morning on GW0742 & 250mg l-carn done before breakfast.

Hope it’s nothing too irritating and you both recover quickly.

Hope you all feel better quickly!

25 min fasted LISS in the morning. Got my new Spud Inc Gateway single-ply briefs in, as well as the Squat Buddy (like a hip circle you wear at the top of the hamstring/under the glute that kinda acts like a slingshot does on bench), so I took them for a spin on this deload. Knee held up perfectly during squat and didn’t seem to have issue with conventional either.

The briefs go off and on much easier than a single-ply suit, but they didn’t give any pop - just warmth and support, like a step up over Rehband warm pants. They kept my low back & hams warm for deadlifts perfectly. The squat buddy DOES give some assistance, and coupled with the briefs did feel like being in 1-ply suit bottoms. Very happy with these new toys!!!

GEAR UPDATE:
Bumping cruise to 180mg test e & 120mg primo e/wk. Raising Turkesterone to 5 caps daily (250mg active/day).

I think I need to be realistic about what it’s going to take to best pursue my goals. This still isn’t even 3mg/kg of bodyweight. And if I cruise on a more substantial dosage to retain muscle better, it’s easier not to rush back into an actual blast.

You gotta keep it fun! You have to have some discipline & it’s going to be work sometimes, but if you aren’t enjoying yourself at least now & again then you might as well just take up fishing!

BLOODWORK:
Used a different company and was able to get checked on a few things I never have but wanted to: Vitamin D3, Lipoprotein, Hemoglobin A1C, C-Reactive Protein all good to go.

After the fast, liver enzymes were lower than ever so I am inclined to believe in the liver benefits. Bilirubin was triple normal, but apparently that is normal when fasting so it’s not a worry, only transient.

Kidneys, electrolytes, thyroid all looking good too. Glucose was only 73 since I was on a 5-day fast

Hemoglobin just out of range at 17.4, but all other CBC parameters were fine. Everything teetering on high normal or normal.

HDL was a measly 28, trigs were high for me at 114, and LDL up to 154. However, did some reading and basically studies found that fasting affects everyone differently regarding increase or decreasing LDL and trigs - sometimes a 22% swing up or down! So those numbers are useless, and I will pull lipids again in a month. HDL however is supposed to be accurate, so this means extended fasting does NOT significantly raise good cholesterol. My HDL had been 33 on blast, and after 3 weeks of oral use then a 5 day fast it was down to 28.

****, I missed 70 posts, lol! Tough not to start at the end but don’t want to ruin it.

How much longer were you on blast after the 33?

28 HDL is worrying, no? You’re already on a cruise with the test and just a bit of primo. Is this how your HDL is since you started PEDs?

I believe those blood draws were 7 weeks apart, so probably almost 6 weeks with elevated androgen levels given some clearing time.

It is worrying in the context of it being atherosclerotic - but it’s also normal for being at the end of a blast. This is why we were giving you a hard time about 9 months straight of orals - many people’s HDL drops under 40 very quickly after they introduce any orals, Tren, Trest, Dienelone, or SARMs.

This is not blood after a cruise, it is post-peak. In general, my lipids are never very good, and probably my biggest longterm concern with my AAS use.

Had to jam this one out quickly after helping with the wife’s strongman training - it was my son’s very first gymnastics class & I had to lead him through it!

He’s not even 14 months old, so he has no understanding of or means to do half of the stuff. So this was 45 minutes of me leading him around to a bunch of stations he could do like walking him down balance beams, bouncing him on trampolines, flipping him through somersaults, handstands, rolling him down ramps, etc. The best was the foam pit: I was basically just doing cannon balls and tossing him in from the ledge, lifting him back out and dropping him back in. This was a real cardio session but we had a total blast playing together.

Very grateful my back is healthy and my knees were good for all the jumping. One of the coolest things we’ve ever done.

Dad Time Is The Best Time!!

I’ll bet he’s gonna love water man! When our kid was 2-4 yes old he’d get his life jacket on and beg us to chuck him in. Then he starts getting ballsy and pseudo cliff diving.

I love to hear you appreciating your family the way you do.

You know better than me that it ain’t all roses, but boy when he’s laughing & smiling it sure is easy to forget all the whining and messes!

No doubt; we knew early on he was a water baby, same as we both are. He loved the swimming “lessons” he did last summer.

I love to hear you appreciating your family the way you do.

They really add so much fulfillment to my life. For all the complexity & difficulty they add, there is an even greater return in satisfaction. Similar to lifting - the best things in life are not easy, only worth it!

Thought I might get more done at some point in the day, but with work and watching my son solo last night it didn’t happen. Probably all I needed, as far as what my knee can recover well from. Got my heart rate up for a while & some quality ab, glute & thigh work.

Wife back up to 150x2 on her Logpress this morning! Deadlift 325x3 on a stiffbar last week, and she loaded a 180 stone for a set of 5 to 49” Sunday after squatting a 265 axle for a triple (and some 160-170lb/hand farmers carries).

She’s a month out from an amateur comp we picked out to help focus her training since it has a lot of core strongman lifts as events. Going in as a middleweight (140-180lb).

This is so nice to see that you both have the same passion.

This is so nice to see that you both have the same passion.

You have to find someone who can appreciate your passions, or it won’t work whenever your they becomes inconvenient.

I don’t like discussing my specific goals because it’s been proven talking about them makes people feel satisfied & less likely to actually achieve them. The other night I shared a longterm squat goal with my wife, and expressed how I have never fully committed to this mentally because it’s silly when I have never even squatted 650lbs yet. She looked at me and told me how stupid that was - she said, don’t you believe you can benchpress 10 more lbs eventually, even though you won’t try only 5 more lbs before you do the 10? It’s no different - just because you have never done something, doesn’t mean you won’t do it!

This is why I married her.

What she just said, is something I am sure many would love to hear from their spouse. Man.. god bless you both..

The bolded is not something I had heard before. I can see how it is legit, but I have always read in goal setting books and the like that letting people know your goals helps keep you more accountable. Very interesting. The rest of that is awesome too. Great to have someone with that type of insight there supporting you.

This was an extremely important day.

I benched 320x3 two weeks before I hit 375, and I weighed at least 6 more lbs, was on a gram of drugs, and even with some preWO Anadrol was still max effort. Today, on cruise 6 weeks later, I smoked it: there was easily 2, likely 3 reps left in the tank, & no ammonia.

Never have I continued to actually build bench strength a month after a cycle peak. To recap, I’m on 180/120 test/primo per week and 250mg (5 caps) Turkesterone per day (and similar L-Carnitine). I think aside from this stack, this performance is also a testament to my recent blast’s longterm focus, as well as the nature of my training structure. All setting things up for what is months down the line instead of worrying about maximum numbers today.
