Never hooked anything over 485, and I could have did another rep at 505 but I knew it would blow my load early. Pulled the rest first of 515 out of position, which cost me a lot of energy. Still, never handled this much volume over 500 in a session so making a little progress! Will probably go back tonight or tomorrow for some more muscle work.

It’s like every time I go to lift, if I really exert myself, I’m surprised by the extra strength deep down I’m not used to. It feels like driving a car with way more horsepower than you expected when you step on it.

It also feels like I tire easily in training, don’t want to bend over, and have to take a big poop all the time lol
 
Day 16

Began 500mg of epiandro today. Weight is 236 on waking and going to bed at 240. Need more cardio/conditioning to survive training sessions but the biggest thing will be coming off M1T on Sunday.
 
I bet that wind will get a little better after the M1T, I have never used it but from the logs I followed that was a big effect.

Don’t get me wrong, I am very happy with it! Definitely worth the trade-offs, just not for the faint of heart. Enjoying this run a ton.

I have never ran Superdrol, Anadrol, Dianabol, or Pheraplex, but of everything I have M1T is the strongest. I don’t expect as much power on Phera but it sounds like it should both feel better and less lethargy.

Pretty great day, setting lifetime PRs. If I’m hitting this strict with naked elbows on a 10” log, a push-press with elbow sleeves on a standard 12” has to be in line for a new best.
 
Great session, I really want to try my hand at a log press. Going to have to make the trip down to the warehouse gym that has strongman training as well. It's only about a 25-30 minute drive.

It is different, learning to accommodate to the neutral grips and the way it bears down on you when in the rack position, plus how to “clean” it without curling it, but honestly numbers end up being very similar to whatever you can do on a barbell and axle. It is overall pretty satisfying!

Love the Bruce Lee quote!!!! That is kind of where I was getting playing too damn careful with my training recently... I got into a weak mindset, and began to think of myself as becoming frail. However once I became aware it was happening I had to start trying to buck against it. Re-institute a resilient mindset, and still train aggressively, just train smarter, rather than meekly or cautiously...

Thank you guys! It was a big week for me, training-wise. Strength is getting close to lifetime bests for a lot of lifts.

Ordered the Titan Husafell Stone when it went on sale for Veterans Day for $161 shipped & got it 2 days later! It’s 110lbs empty - poor FedEx guy was PISSED.

Wasn’t really recovered for today with life getting in the way the last couple days; struggling with shin splints on yoke so I shut it down when I was getting worse instead of faster at only 500. Skipped cleans entirely.

Did get to play with the new Husafell - I LOVE it. Just an event I really like for some reason and this was a great toy for $160. Everyone was having fun trying it out today.

We have a UPS driver that trains with us on the weekends and he picked it up at 200lbs today very first time and went at least 50ft!

Today is day 21, dropped M1T, added 330mg 1-DHEA and “50mg”/1ML of whatever mystery compound is in this liquid Var that almost certainly isn’t anavar. It is the worst tasting liquid I’ve ever used by far so there’s gotta be some kind of raw in it

Wasn’t going to do any events today but snagged some new trail shoes for moving events for $30 at a sale yesterday so I wanted to see how they’d perform - AWESOME. Enough cushion to prevent splints but stiffer than anything else I have besides the Nanos, and lots of grip. Comp is going to be on dirt in a rodeo arena so these should be ideal. Can’t pull the tractor if I can’t get a grip on the dirt!

Her coach is an IFBB Pro and won World’s Strongest Woman last year in the Middleweight 180lb class (last women’s class before open weight), and she does bro volume like a maniac. I literally couldn’t do it all even on any combo of drugs, but I use it as a base & tweak and twist things to suit my needs on a daily basis.
