Hitting them 30-50 reps 3x a week before anything else for 6 weeks really made a difference. Sandbagged all the weights a tad today - didn’t think I’d be able to get through this routine as easily as I did. Haven’t done hacksquat in probably 5 years! No training today, first time getting to sleep in since last Thursday - 10.5 hours.
Been on S23 at 15mg/day for a week and it has definitely darkened urine some. It was clear the 2 weeks prior on 15mg Osta, 20mg Var & the t/d 11kt & Androhard, and now it has some tint - this stuff better be worth the while, because I could be on something like Mechabol for the next 6 weeks if I wanted a mildly hepatoxic oral. We will see.

Pretty good day. I’m amazed how little grit or effort the bodybuilding isolation requires. Even pushing to failure, all 7 iso moves can’t hold a candle to just the first 2 press movements.
Yeah, hopefully the gains will be worthy of the sides. Good thing about orals though, you can always change gears at any point in the run.

Zero other issues with it; I just think it is probably giving the liver some work that other SARMs aren’t associated with.
I was hoping to perhaps add a real oral like Mithras or DMZ for the last month for some extra fullness/strength/partitioning, but I’m not looking to push my liver too hard on this run.
Although that would curb appetite better![]()
Jealous of those box squats. I remember in HS we used to do plate overhead lunges for the longest hallway in the school as a part of basketball weights. I always dreaded them.
Yesterday sounds like it was an awesome day! My kind of off day man. A nice active day that is still relaxing and peaceful. Cant beat it.
Fasting today til the evening where I will load for squat tomorrow. I kinda hate it, but you can’t lose fat without a deficit, and that means hunger for me regardless, so it is what it is. Bodyweight was 228.6 this morning, so that’s good at least. I can see definitive physique improvements since a month ago when starting this stack around the same bodyweight.
Man you have had some great training recently.Your last progress pics were quite obvious from the ones a month ago. I am sure this weekends will be an impressive change!
Are you carb loading tonight for an AM workout or just saving your calories up for a big meal tonight?

I was really on today. I think I could have done 455x3 after my 3x3 if I needed to. Hamstrings are already aching!
Oh boy, that Phantom Force should really treat you well added in with the current stack!!!!
This makes me want to start training at AKA again. I miss the training and I've always really wanted to fight even if i never went pro. Think maybe after i clear up my issues i got going on and catch up on bills i might start training jits and muay thai and mma againSaturday went and saw family all day, some I haven’t seen in over 2 years, so I ate freely with them. Then a buddy had his second fight - won by TKO in 20 seconds into the first round. Great day.
Yesterday slept in and could feel the left hamstring aching when I woke so I didn’t train any events since I’m not getting ready for anything and really just wanna get my barbell lifts up atm. Drug the sled, worked up to a couple moderate sets of 8 on SSB good mornings vs chain, mashed & pumped everything and broke a sweat basically.
This is the current stack, as of 06/03:

Added the bottle of Phorce (30mg DMZ & 60mg LMG/day).

You guys can keep that nonsense. Good way to get busted up quick lol
I used to do some MMA back in High School, and I boxed briefly when I was younger.
I love boxing, but, even if you are very good, eventually you just get tired of being hit in the face.
I never put much effort into learning BJJ, but I am thinking about getting into it now. Depends on class schedule and price.

Deadlift felt really weak til the first work set, then Lamb of God came on and when the first one moved right I smelled blood and just kept going back. Next up was Devil Driver and that made easy work of the rest.
They say you shouldn’t train intensely, but I’ve honestly never lifted anything worth noting where I didn’t need to turn it on. Sue me.

Couldnt agree more. Metal moves iron![]()
Oh yeah, if I trained MMA again I probably wouldn't spar without the head bucket.Yeah rolling and sparring are one thing, but getting in the ring you’re asking for trouble. One of the guys that won Saturday was getting stitches when we left the pit area. The winner.
Yeah it is great for us aging fuggers. You just have an old soul...I used to do some MMA back in High School, and I boxed briefly when I was younger.

HAHA!You and Kleen could meet up for a BJJ session...
See what I did there?

AMEN TO THAT!!! Intensity is key not only to performance but also enjoyment.Yup. I mean it’s not really a specific genre or even music - what I mean is there just needs to be an intensity about me to lift at true capacity. I loaded that 300lb stone to Stevie Wonder lol, but I was really fired up and there was a powerful energy in that garage when I did it.
