I love monster pump, curious how this goes for ya, i started Lgi pmag on Sunday for a bulk cycle, interested to see how these two compounds compare
 
Today marks day 6, 100mgs starting 2morrow. Yesterday was very noticeable on strength gains. Will add light cardio in a few times a week and up cals a bit more

forgive me if I missed it, but what's your caloric surplus at now and how much are you going to bump it up?

2800-3000 but have been at the 2800 mark lately. Maybe 100-200 more

This morning in the nude i was 175 from 173 as of last saturday. I havent been this high in cals in over 6 months

Ha, i know i can put on mass but i gain stomach fat easily. My tdee is less than 2500 but i also know what works for me in dropping body fat so im not concerned if any is gained

That's the way to go IMO. Worry about one thing at a time. Put the mass on, then carve off the fat. Really recomping is difficult at best and for a lot of people downright impossible.
 
plus its a nice change of pace to stuff my face all day. im keeping it somewhat clean but no promises. heres a simple dosing schedule:

630am 25mg mecha
1030am formutech restore
230pm 25mg mecha
630pm ai cycle support
1030 25 mg mecha

diet as of today:
morning-double turkey bagel, grapes, banana
lunch-fish, chicken, red rice and sausage
snack-muscle milk, apple
 
And cheese sticks with an xl mocha latte
 
Dairy in general makes for alot of my protein and fat intake for the day
 
So as far as the 100mgs, should I just dose 50mgs during the mornings and continue with 25 lunch and 25 dinner, also I will start stano 2morrow at 600mgs in divided doses, any reason not to dose with mecha

Is this normal for ph dosing, splitting into 3 doses? I am doing 2 doses/day, anything wrong w that?

So far no back pumps or any sides besides random headaches once I increased to 100mgs. Dosing 600mgs of stano also. Scale weight this morning was 178 and haven't been counting cals lately. Recovery is a lot faster, as if I never worked out the previous day

I'm feeling the same right now on pmag, wanna workout every day but i know i need rest

Cutting is why there's a spring time between winter and summer! Lol

I usually split the dosage with one dose directly in the morning on an empty stomach before I get in my breakfast, and then another dose 4-6hrs later. But, you can split the dosage up 3x a day just like you have layed out and that would work fine also. The headaches should also subside, either get in a bit more water, and also check to see your BP is in normal range.

what im doing is 50mg mech am with 400mg stano and 50mg mecha with 200 mg stano 8 hours later. head aches have subsided so far after using coQ10

im not counting but its more than 250. my diet hasnt changed much other than carbs. A lot of whole milk and kashi cereal and more cheat foods. Some fat settling in but I feel nice and hard all day long. I was officially asked if I'm juicing by a coworker today
 
Typical supp dosing:
50 mecha, 400 stano, fish oil upon waking
100mg coQ10 shortly after
Formutech cycle support restore 4 hours after mecha, stano
50 mecha, 200 stano, fish oil after work
100mg coQ10 shortly after
AI cycle support post shake
NLA swoll-n and bulk CM was used pre and 2 scoops endurance intra

2 orange triad and lysine with every meal, average 3 meals. Going to hit legs and chest twice a week and with the great recovery will be doing a 2 on 1 off lifting routine. Also going back to non stim as last nights workout was stim free and I felt great.

Traps:
Smith warm ups
Bb shrugs-175 for 6-8 all sets
Db shrugs- 65 for 10-12 all sets
Hammer strength trap machine- light weight til failure

Abs:
Ehhhh basic exercises

Midsection seems leaner while upper body looks swolln. The all day hardness and pump feeling has died down some or maybe I'm just used to it but won't adjust dosing for a few more weeks. Still moderate head aches

Still head-aches? Whats your BP sitting around. Toss in some extra Hawthorne Berry or Celery Seed extract an maybe try to up your water intake by .5 gallons per day.

water intake is key. also make sure you're not overdoing it with sodium.

well other than adding extra sodium to my shakes its pretty low. i get an occasional headache but not frequent. dont exactly have that "on" feeling though.

Personally, some compounds give me that "on" feeling and others don't. For example, Epi I have no "on" felling but with compounds such as Trenazone or SD I definetly have that "on" feeling. Its mostly how the user reacts to the compound and everyone seems to react different since we dont all have the same exact genetic make-up and response to these hormones.
 
None the less I'm weighing in at 181 and increased strength is very noticeable. Got a few pics to upload
 
All is well so far, increased stano to 800mgs. Around 182lbs this morning and see some fat settling but not concerned at this time. A noticeable size difference in my overall body comp. Zero sides to report and no back pumps as of yet. Ate a whole coffee cake this morning and it felt good in the fact that im still starving and finished off yesterday with 2900 cals but low on protein. Oh well, still making gains.

atta boy! A whole coffee cake, that's my style right there. I don't even know what moderation means!!! I'm eather 100% clean or I'll eat a whole carvel ice cream cake, a box of donuts, a porterhouse and mashed potatos with butter and finish it all off with a rolo mcflurry
 
Speaking of cakes, we had a fresh german chocolate cake saturday night, come sunday night my ole' lady was bitchin about who ate all the cake.

Oh man you're killing me with all this cake talk! I've got one more week until Christmas which is when I've got a date with gluttony.
