Today marks day 6, 100mgs starting 2morrow. Yesterday was very noticeable on strength gains. Will add light cardio in a few times a week and up cals a bit more

Ha, i know i can put on mass but i gain stomach fat easily. My tdee is less than 2500 but i also know what works for me in dropping body fat so im not concerned if any is gained

So as far as the 100mgs, should I just dose 50mgs during the mornings and continue with 25 lunch and 25 dinner, also I will start stano 2morrow at 600mgs in divided doses, any reason not to dose with mecha

haha makes me wants to continue bulking for a few months, ive got a feeling after my first cycle a monster will be created.

But, you can split the dosage up 3x a day just like you have layed out and that would work fine also. The headaches should also subside, either get in a bit more water, and also check to see your BP is in normal range.
what im doing is 50mg mech am with 400mg stano and 50mg mecha with 200 mg stano 8 hours later. head aches have subsided so far after using coQ10
no lethargy as of yet

yesterday I was feeling off a bit. I feel slightly irritated but workout was awsome.

Smith warm ups
Bb shrugs-175 for 6-8 all sets
Db shrugs- 65 for 10-12 all sets
Hammer strength trap machine- light weight til failure

Midsection seems leaner while upper body looks swolln. The all day hardness and pump feeling has died down some or maybe I'm just used to it but won't adjust dosing for a few more weeks. Still moderate head aches
Still head-aches? Whats your BP sitting around. Toss in some extra Hawthorne Berry or Celery Seed extract an maybe try to up your water intake by .5 gallons per day.

well other than adding extra sodium to my shakes its pretty low. i get an occasional headache but not frequent. dont exactly have that "on" feeling though.
All is well so far, increased stano to 800mgs. Around 182lbs this morning and see some fat settling but not concerned at this time. A noticeable size difference in my overall body comp. Zero sides to report and no back pumps as of yet. Ate a whole coffee cake this morning and it felt good in the fact that im still starving and finished off yesterday with 2900 cals but low on protein. Oh well, still making gains.
Speaking of cakes, we had a fresh german chocolate cake saturday night, come sunday night my ole' lady was bitchin about who ate all the cake.
