"Human Weapon" Host Arrested for Rape

looks like some bich tried to screw him over. I had some psycho tell people that i hit her one time. Biches are stupid when they don't get their way.

I think if someone makes false allegations then they should serve the sentence that the allegation warrants. For example in this case that chick shoud serve the sentence for rape.
 
still kinda funny thou, the irony of the host of "Human Weapon" is claimed to rape someone,... Thats like regis fillman goin home after a "who wants to be a millionaire" shoot and buying a lotto ticket at seven eleven only to win a million bucks.

For the record, "insufficient evidence to prosecute" != innocent.

Could be guilty, could be innocent - many things go into whether or not a case is trialworthy.

No. If you prosecute girls who fake rape then the real ones might be afraid to report it (legal logic not mine)

One of my fraternity brothers was accused of rape and it was a really bad time for all involved. Fortunately everyone believed him so his friends and girlfriend didn't abandon him, but he still had a really hard time with it. Also my testimony that I was in the room with him and we were drinking together when it supposedly happened (true) didn't count since I was in the same fraternity and could be "just covering for him" or something.

I would have loved to see the girl go to jail when her story fell apart but I guess that's not the way they do things
