Few interesting papers presented. Layne Norton did a spiel on protein distribution and showed graphs from a study that matched leuice and overall PRO intake between two groups and just varied distribution. Was a mouse study but interesting nonetheless IMO. Some Rutgers researchers presented some of their work that they are working towards pubkishing. One on gut health effecting performance and another on anaerobic exercise effecting executive decisions. There was also a RD and a DO that presented but it was nothing interesting
