Day 16 -Chest
Insane.
Flat BB Bench - 225x5 PR!, 225x3 prev rec, 205x5, 205x4, 205x3
Superset - 135x20
Incline DB - 60x8, 65x10, 70x9
Superset DB -Straight up 30x10, 1notch down 30x10, 1notch down 30x10, decline 30x10....40reps total insane pump
Dumbell Fly - 45x7 (under pr, tired)
Cable Flys - Setting 3,4,3 Tired but close to PR
Tricep Kickback - 25x10, 30x10, 30x10
Tricep Machine - 110x10, 110x10
Tricep Pushdowns Cables - Setting 12x0, 14x8 PR
Weight Before Workout - 180, after workout 186..I dont start my serious water intake until my workout
Notes:
Amazing pump, personal record at 225x5 (never in my life have i dont this with perfect form)
Sides:
Insane pain in my right elbow joint that i've always had since I broke it...but really bad pain during bench (must have someone lift the weights up for DB, and help me off for BB)
Rediculous pain my left forearm ulna area when I release the weight be it DB or BB. Still haven't decided if this is a stress fracture but its been like this for month now.
Libido in check, mentally I feel a little not like myself no other way to explain it. Kind of want my cycle to be over but I want my gains to hurry up. I want the scale to be 186 pre workout!
Which would yield more results:
1. increase dosage from day 16-24 to 40mg (only enough pills to make it to 24)
2. maintain 30mg to day 28
