what symptoms did you have to make you think you had a bp spike? my bp has never been high enough to warrant watching it regularly, but I had bp checked during a dr. appointment at VA clinic while running invictus and it was my normal.

Head was hot pounding for a minute numbness in hands and feet . But this was hours before my doses of anything. Its happened before when i eat pizza . Iam jot 100% sure it was bp . Could have been cholesterol as well.

Nope just after Pizza or something with a lot of fat and cholesterol and usually wait until the next morning sometimes accompanied by chest pains. I've been eating 3 cloves of garlic a day plus doing some other herbal remedies to try to clear out my arteries I cut back on red meat now it's just boneless chicken & very little Dairy.

Pizza does it to me as well, especially if I eat it after 6pm for some reason

Thanks T I actually had a small piece and wifey and kids ate the rest . Maybe cholesterol levels were out of whack .

this weather has got to be bad for asthma...stay out of the heat...it is miserable here in Indiana!!! even my underwear and socks were soaked in sweat today, I bet I lost at least 5-7lbs just today, lol.
