Hulk going natty for a solid 365 days starting 1/1/16

Holy crap my chest is tight from yesterday's bench only session.
Today is simple every exercise listed below is 10 sets of 10 followed by 45 seconds rest. Using Cremax xt as an intra

Bicep curls 40 lbs
Hammer curls 30 lbs
Tricep extension 50 lbs ez bar
Ohp 50lbs fast motion
Bent over rows 50lbs ez bar fast
 
Same thing here as last time

Did legs on 6/15 no back to upper

Are you starting any fancy natty anabolics or what? ArA and Epicatechin are the titties. I liked that combo a lot, even though some people oppose stacking them. No problems at all, very nice. 3 bottles of x gels @ 1.5g and 2 bottles of Epi plex @ 600mg will get you on the right track.

Always thought I'm a non-responder to creatine. I guess if you eat a lot of meat, you are already saturated.
Began taking it a few days ago to aid in my cut, still feeling nothing.

Hard to tell, how long did you go and what resistance? I think they over estimate a good deal

breaking back into my heavy lifting guys . I took a few months off to let everything relax before this cycle on new years . just about 4 months before I get serious again . My brother is in talks of selling his gym . I really hope he doesn't .... Anyway ....

I need a good workout for developing arms chest and back ... max size and maximum strength . I have legs abs down already ...

If anyone has any good really hard workouts steer me pls /!\ no wussy shyt guys iam going heavy on the test and sd right out the gate :D

Doggcràp training is pretty intense, especially the version for people on juice.

2 40lbs dumbbells
1 20lb dumbbell for warm up

Woke this morning hungry as fukk ! ALBERT KING is playing on my Pandora ! Made me some blueberry pancakes with a package of modern protein milk chocolate mixed in there .
Tonight will be legs ! iam hoping for deep squats lunges jump squats and some deadlifts ... Iam going to carb up a little before this work out . I'm thinking 1 scoop gaspari size on and 2 tbs crunchy peanut butter and a few little pills . trying to go for 10 sets of 10 . If that don't work out then Ill just drop the weight down until I can complete the 10 of 10 . I will note the weights used as well . Have a good day guys and gals !
