Standing curls 100 lbs for 50 reps
Ohp 150 lbs 50 reps
Upright rows 125lbs 50 reps
Ohte 100lbs 50 reps
Bent over rows 100lbs 50 reps


Trying for no rest and minimal time between set . Depletion of carbs and atp . Refueling with peppers onions boneless chicken and Spanish rice.

better make sure you have your dieselade

Starting to fill in noticing muscle hardness and growth I truly think I need more cardio and more heavy weights. Maybe some better sleep in a little bit more protein a little bit less fat eventually I will tweak myself back to the monster I was before the accident. I can't wait see myself in the mirror I miss the guy I used to be. I just haven't been the same since .

I hate your post. For me it means: "You will not get there, you are an old guy... no time left" LOL

you can get there...it's just harder for us than the young guys...on the Brightside, since it is harder there are fewer of us older guys doing it and we stick out more, lol!!!
 
it is consolation...I always get props from the younger guys when I go to nifs in indy.

Indy.. I bet the weathers nice there now. I got quite a bit of family in Indy and Fort Wayne. I'm hoping in time I'll get the opportunity to transfer to Nineveh for work! I would definitely come up to Indy to workout with you!!

nifs is definitely the place to go!!! NATIONAL INSTITUTE for FITNESS and SPORTS...weather here is pretty good, lots of sun and mild temp-but windy as hell, lol!!!

I'd take that all day, it hit 89 here yesterday and humid. 85 today and humid
 
Thanks guys . I been sleeping 6 hrs at night then 3 to 4 hrs in the afternoon. Im finding a good boost in recovery and stamina through the day. How the hell are you guys doin ?

Make it happen bro ! I put the kids to task and sometimes they nap as well . But mostly I wake up and the homework done room clean. Its like boot camp round here. .. lol

No can do, I'm not allowed to sleep at work . I get home at 5pm then workout and bed at 8-9. If I try to take a nap after workout it's gonna be down for the count.
 
Sell it, it's more for those skinny hard gainers anyway. :)
Or, label it as Anavar and sell it to a woman you don't like.

I'm struggling too, my opinion may not count for much, I guess. Looking at others, we both have to cut down some more, to see what we are lacking aesthetically.
