Today going for reps .
Standing curls 100 lbs for 50 reps
Ohp 150 lbs 50 reps
Upright rows 125lbs 50 reps
Ohte 100lbs 50 reps
Bent over rows 100lbs 50 reps
Trying for no rest and minimal time between set . Depletion of carbs and atp . Refueling with peppers onions boneless chicken and Spanish rice.
better make sure you have your dieselade



. I get home at 5pm then workout and bed at 8-9. If I try to take a nap after workout it's gonna be down for the count.
