Anyone have any experience with proviron? I've been looking into this lately I hear it boost fertility and testosterone so if anybody knows anything about it way in if you can thanks.

I use the beermugs as irony, lol...almost 19 years sober here....after all these years I am able to joke about being an alcoholic, but trust me I take my sobriety very seriously....congrats and props to you for being able to put the bottle down, much respect for anyone who can do that!!!

Straight curled 135 for 10 on Olympic bar felt good :) next week ill go for 150. A little lower back stress to get it up . I may have to hit some really heavy rows and deads for power .

I had a pretty basic day today actually showing symptoms of mild food poisoning. But that's alright I'll just consumed 3 whole lemons 3 whole raw onions an entire head of garlic some turmeric 5 tablespoons of black pepper two cups of vinegar and two cups of apple cider vinegar all mixed up in a blender together. That should equate to Drano

Starting to fill in noticing muscle hardness and growth I truly think I need more cardio and more heavy weights. Maybe some better sleep in a little bit more protein a little bit less fat eventually I will tweak myself back to the monster I was before the accident. I can't wait see myself in the mirror I miss the guy I used to be. I just haven't been the same since .

Today going for reps .
Standing curls 100 lbs for 50 reps
Ohp 150 lbs 50 reps
Upright rows 125lbs 50 reps
Ohte 100lbs 50 reps
Bent over rows 100lbs 50 reps


Trying for no rest and minimal time between set . Depletion of carbs and atp . Refueling with peppers onions boneless chicken and Spanish rice.
