But that's alright I'll just consumed 3 whole lemons 3 whole raw onions an entire head of garlic some turmeric 5 tablespoons of black pepper two cups of vinegar and two cups of apple cider vinegar all mixed up in a blender together. Starting to fill in noticing muscle hardness and growth I truly think I need more cardio and more heavy weights. Maybe some better sleep in a little bit more protein a little bit less fat eventually I will tweak myself back to the monster I was before the accident.
