Don't change from 3 days. You will increase at a higher rate on Cycle. When you set your HST can add a couple more exercises to it. I.E.: If you have a lagging body part or two. Don't over do it.
If it's killing you to only workout 3 days a week. You can split your HST in half and do it 6 days a week. ( this doesn't give much breathing room for life)

I find it helps my marriage tremendously if I spend a limited amount of time around my wife.

Let me know if you go with a 6 day split HST (maybe log it) don't know anyone that has ever done it this way. Just read about it from Hatcock, I think it would be awesome. 48 hr. Rest is one of the keys to HST.

I have heard older fuc Keres like us respond well to 4-andro.
 
Too all: educate me. What are the pros and cons between using clomid compared to novla? Everyone I have know always used novla but I see a lot of clomid since being on AM.

Nolva reduces IGF-1 levels and also has dangerous interaction with some drugs, causing cardio issues. Nolva is also not as good at raising FSH & LH levels as Clomid... benefits of nolva include gyno reversal

Downside of clomid is the mood swings/depression some get
 
I'm starting the 5 rep max week tomorrow. I am starting to see some physical changes, and the workouts definitely get tougher after the first week. I'm still struggling with the three days a week workouts though.

I'm going to run an 8 week Andro cycle in January and am wondering if 3 days a week is enough during that 8 weeks. Seems to me that I should be at 5 days to really get the most out of the andros. Or is that flawed thinking? You guys have way more experience with this stuff than I do.

6.66 day split . 2 days off massage and soaked shoulder. Returning to normal duty tomorrow.

I had some in Cabo on my honeymoon.. they deep fried it and served it whole (head on) with this peeled tomato sauce.

I grew up eating crazy seafood. My dad is a Sicilian immigrant and we'd eat fish a couple times a week. The snapper I had in Cabo was hands down the best fish fish I've ever had
