Good luck my man! Holding the dumbbells definitely helps the guns shine brother:) Looking lean but definitely did not lose any muscle probably gained a good amount. AKA recomp doggggg I'm having a tough time doing that myself will probably be asking you for tips soon

Boom woke up with tonsillitis guys so going to stop EC until my fever goes down...been drink vanilla mint swirl shakes all day and Greek yogurt ...hard food almost won't even go down my throat....not going to let this ruin me guys

Still have pus spots on my tonsils but I've been mega dosing my vitamins and got rid of the chills and aches....deff happy about that will be back at the gym tomorrow until then no carbs lol

No carbs is definitely the way to go, just ate a 14oz ribeye delicious crispy steak fat and all no worries, sorry to hear about your tonsils. I threw my back out Friday squatting. My leaning efforts are going well I have only been running the Ur Spray for a week now and noticeable results already you may want to add it to your stack I'm dropping a before and after here to convince you.... keep in mind that this is after only 7 days. Last day off of the gym...3 days off so not bad at all...I'll be good to go tomorrow for chest n bis....diets been on key pretty easy lol deff want some carbs tomorrow I feel a tad flat also I'll know if I got that job or not next week... If I didn't I'll be starting my cycle ASAP!!! For sure and do 500 cals above maint....the transaderm is pretty decent so far just killer acne on my back..,I have a dermatologist appointment this week so going to try to get good stuff for pimples until I find out about this job I'll still continue my slow slow slow cut without muscle loss :) will update pics 2 weeks from This Thursday
 
I am on my second day off the gym because of my back, hoping that it doesn't stretch into 3. Your looking good, slow cut is how I usually do it but currently cutting quick and maintaining weight whilst doing it....that's good stuff. Good luck on the job and the cut
 
Damns transaderm is killing me with huge back pimples just ordered some doxycycline (a type of antibiotic) that can treat acne...hope this helps bc I can't even wear a tank top that'd just look disgusting

Set all PRs again today lol damn I love this transaderm haha so sad realization today....I don't have as much muscle as I thought my
Whole life which explains my lifts....benching 245lb as a 192lb dude really isn't as impressive as a 178lb dude doing it so I'm going to end up cutting until I get happy with my leanness even if that means I end up 165lbs oh well as long as I'm lean as hell idc bc then it's time for some
Good anabolics and a good lean bulk my friends :)... here is a look at my diet as an example for today any input?

12 wake up EC and Slin sane

1215 2 wheat muffins with natural peanut butter (480 cals)

145pm lift

3pm done lifting 2 scoops vanilla mint swirl protean (240 cals)

4pm whole wheat bun with 1.5 slices American cheese and 5 slices peppered ham....22 natural almonds (1 serving) (450 cals)

6pm 1 string cheese 1 plain Greek yogurt (180 cals)

8pm 1 hamburger patty and some broccoli (250 cals)

10pm 1 tilapia and 22 almonds (300 cals)

Total 1900 cals 185g protein

So 178lbs down a total of 14lbs all weights have increased a bit...just on rs transaderm and EC and staples so nothing insane or crazy until I find out about this job...didn't realize transaderm was strong at all I guess I react well to it anyway here I am pre workout at 178lbs and been under 80gs of carbs for almost 2 weeks now deff need a cheat day after my pics next week lol

Thanks bros I really think the fat is coming off now...I was just at a high range of bf before and it was hard to tell a difference from week to week but now it's getting better...4-5 more weeks of cutting then im lean bulking

To my understanding Clen is slightly anabolic to right?

From lots of experience with clen I noticed there seems to be a nice anabolic rebound when I come off it or if I eat slightly more while on clen my muscles get super full

Feeling good today just super run down...it's my 5th day in a row so I took it easy on the weights just did 4 exercises with 3 sets each and did 25 min cardio tomorrow will be abs and cardio then off Sunday...carbed up today a bit..ate 3 packets of oatmeal 2 hours pre workout with slim sane... Omg my veins were insane!! Lol then 2 red potatos and some pasta salad post workout so like 200 grams of carbs today and 2200 cals so I went over a bit to help boost my metabolism....back to the norm 120g of carbs and 1800 cals tomorrow...gotta look good for them next pics coming up this weeks...other note is I start doxycycline tomorrow (50mg) to help with back and arm pimples

First off day in 6 days so pretty beat...did abs and 30 mins of cardio yesterday...should have an epic lift tomorrow chest and bis then legs on Tuesday going for a 285lb squat so wish me luck...pics will be up on Friday bros!!!! So excited to compare my progress...diet has been pretty spot on...stopped counting cals since I've been eating mostly all the same food for 66 days I can estimate almost perfect...still measure all my food tho lol got Hemavol and tons of protean for fathers day from the gf so I'm happy to have that back...no real timeline set for my goal just cutting until I either hear about my new job or until I see all 6 abs

I'm doing part time police work full time federal security but trying to get into the power plant in my town and they do a blood panel upon hiring thats why im holding off on the anabolics but this week i will find out if I get the job or not...I got the bigger powder form of lemon drop since I ate all your tabs you sold me before lol I got VMS and want to try chocolate truffle with a small scoop of chocolate ice cream

I wish someone would give me protein for fathers day, my GF is moving in with me on father's day... oh posted week two progress pics in my log, I must say the six pack is almost in even striations in my thighs starting to show....Might wanna' consider giving the Ur-spray a whirl, we're almost out .....just sayin

And did 1.5 miles on the elliptical...no protein or Hemavol yet UPS sucks dick...I hate lifting without a pump but I pushed through anyway...so weird how much definition I have I my arms and shoulders and like none in my chest and abs it's bizarre but it will go away (I hope) as I keep going

Glad the doxycycline is working out brother:) I think I'm pushing it though on how long I've been on it, probably about 9 weeks now. Usually they prescribe for only 30 days but hopefully it won't be an issue.

I'm only doing 50mg so I plan on using it for at least 8 weeks
