Kid I went to high school with his uncle owns his own agency...he has 3 IFBB physique models under his company and I got his number and sent a few pics and he really took an interest

congrats on the gig bro. thats f*ckin' SWEET! i'd advise albuterol over clen, and maybe some low dose (25mcg) t3 along side just to help it along a little. i've seen alot of people make mention in these forums how they prefer the albuterol over clen because of clens sides. since you got 2 weeks maybe throw some winny or mast prop into your cycle to harden up a little as well.

^^^ this. I've never heard anything good about Clen. I've read alot of guys saying how terrible the sides were. Albuterol seems to have a much better vibe haha. Either way congrats dude your lookin sick !
 
Congrats on the gig bro!! I've only been on albuterol for five days and the only side ive had thus far is a slight dose of the shakes. I've heard Clen sides can be really nasty!

I've had this notion in the back of my head and its pretty obvious here. Although, be aware its kind of hard to put that much work in unassisted. Not only that but notice his recipe for success wasn't anything over the top- which I've seen some serious stacks from people who didn't make progress like this. Respect.

By far brotha, how the hell does a school like bama who havnt been relevant in along time have this awesome coach come in and get all the tallent. My nfl team is the sucky chiefs and I almost bet bama could beat them lol

I'm in super diet mode lol 220g protein 90g fat and 25g carbs at 1800 cals today and the next 4 as well...all food is prepped and in containers and baggies...cardio will be 40 mins a day after lifting and on off/burn days it will be 40 mins in the morning and 40 in the evening followed by a 1.5 mile run at night...just gotta do this for 2 weeks and I should be nice and lean for my shoot wish me luck bros

Edit after the 5 days of this I will carb up with 300g of carbs from oats and sweet potato then carb deplete again until the night before the shoot then I will carb up slightly as cut out water...also I'm using xpel as a diuretic

I hear ya bro! My wife tries but it's not the same as your buds. None of my friends lift..or are healthy at all really lol they mostly live off Budweisers and Big Macs so they just don't get it. Awesome job so far tho man!

Starting was 174...bulked up to 202lbs then recomped down to 190 then cut to 183lb...ill have to go back and look but it's something like

Day 1: 174 13.5% bf
Day 85: I was at like 185lbs 10.5% bf
I'm at around 9.9% as of now at like 182lb
