Day 55:

Workout: Back and Bis...decent workout...everything was up due to my 500g of carbs today :) muscle were super intensely full today it was a thing of beauty haha

Diet: carbs carbs carb and more carbs lol 500g carbs 50g fat 200g protein around 3300 cals

Notes: got my glycogen stores up a lot today...felt amazing looking so full with loads of energy I deff needed a heavy carb up...legs tomorrow so I'd like to set a PR on squats

Same pic as earlier just zoomed in to see the anavar veins :)

Exorphins depending on where they come from. I cheated crazy in carbs Monday with little of everything else and dramatically sharpened me up in two days. I think refeeds are in order. It's about that time. Love it!!

chest is deff growing and my legs are even though I haven't been killing them like I should but I'll get a pic of them at the end of my cycle...also my big 3 is something like Squat 375 1 rep max..bench 285 1 rep Max and deadlift is 315 1 reps max
 
I am not sure those numbers are very normal. Most people deadlift more then they squat. When was the last time you deadlifted?

I dot deadlift very heavy it hurts my wrists for some reason but I love me a heavy squat I have a video of me squatting 315 12 reps :) but dead lifting idk it scares me with how many ppl it injuries but I still do it just not crazy lol

I always noticed the bicep wear when using alternating grip and I have seen a few people tear biceps on shrugs and heavy deadlifts.

Yeah the standard grip just doesn't do it for me, and the reason why I don't have straps is because I wanted to work my forearm muscles more, but maybe ill have to get them now and just make sure I hit those hammers / pinwheels for forearms.

Workout: Cardio just ran 2 miles....wanted to do legs just didnt have time to get it done....very busy lift at the moment

Diet: Chicken and rice... nothing crazy special the normal food with around 40/40/20 macros... tomorrow is low carb day...actually im carb depleting a bit so low carbs until monday...helllllo bacon and almonds lol

Notes: Super busy today...Did some PNI stuff...spent time with the daughter so I didnt have the time to put into legs like I like to so tomorrow will be a nice leg day after work going to set a nice PR on my squats I feel the 4 plates getting closer and closer!!! Really going to start cutting hard these last few weeks I have left and maybe add a little bit a LBM along the way...im kinda recomping Id say...eating more cals and carbs on heavy lift days and then lower cals and carbs on burn/cardio days!

I've read several places that even with ananolics it's physically impossible to gain more than.75 pounds a week of pure muscle.

If it was daily yeah, weekly a bit high but not unheard of. Now 100mg of superdrol a day that would be something to see.

My next cycle will go as follows:

Week 1-8 Tren Ace @ 1g ED
Week 1-4 SD @ 120mg ED

Going for an all out bulk ;)

Day 57:

Workout: legs and shoulders...didn't kill shoulders but got my legs pretty beat with squats and leg ext with squats I worked my way up from 135lbs by 20lbs pounds until I hit 315...did 12 reps of all of those then at 325lbs-365lbs I did 5-6 reps took me about 30 mins just to squat lol spent about 1.75 hours in the gym today and finished with 25 mins of cardio

Diet: spot on with super low carbs and no junk just normal protein rich foods and lots of almonds...around 2200 cals...30g carbs 235 protein and the rest fat

Notes: BP was super high last night 178/86 but I just upped my hawthorn a bit so no worries...actually I gotta pin after I post this lol I almost forgot :p looks crazy vascular in the gym it was awesome holding a plate I could see tons of veins in my shoulder and traps...not looking to much leaner due to pigging out last week more then I should of but sometimes it's hard...I feel myself craving carbs like never before it has to be the anabolics wanting carbs bc sometimes it's just so hard to not give in lol...but between my will power and you guys always being so awesome on here I will be ok and diet down an get some abs for you all
