Howwedo's trip to the darkside...forever!!!

Didn't have an attach just a crazy thing my phone did and l I love this club holy crap today's pump in my arms was intense my friend!

between the anabolics and i took down a ton of nitrates (condense+dpol) pwo, I'm STILL feeling the pump. i finished lifting at 1045am est. its almost 8 hours later.. im gonna be in pain tomorrow lmao.
 
Day 45:

Workout: Arms...insane pump... took in lots of water today with 50mg var split and 1 scoop of prodigy so the pump I had was crazy!! Weight went up on everything and just felt powerful in the gym... the test certainly hit me hard today and I loved every min of it!

Diet: Broke fast at 1pm with almonds and a huge slice of ham...lifted at 430 and ate ground beef, a yam and some peanut butter post workout...still not hungry at all lol I love that aspect of var...carbs over all for the day were lower then I wanted but I ate a little candy so I got them to 150g the rest of cals were fat and protein...2300 cals

Notes: BP has been spiking up and down making me light headed so my fiance has been checking it 3 times a day but it hasnt broke 160 yet so im not worried...weight was 196 today...just overall a great day with diet and the gym...I could feel my arms growing...I had fantastic mind/muscle connection today!

Yes sir and sorry my thread moves fast sometimes my week 6 pics are like 3 pages back...right after we had that "what is a 302" discussion...and yes I was 204lb now I'm currently 196lb so check them out and let me know what you think

damn bro! Your shoulders and arms are awesome looking bro! That lat spread is f-in massive too! I must say that picture from last year is very motivational man, very! A true testament to what hard work, discipline and will power can do for a person. Mark my words man, I will have a before and after picture to r-ival yours by next year man! In the mean time I will just continue to pick yours and everyone's brain here dry of info. I wasted to many years of my life lifting for a few months here and there. I now have the will power and discipline...all I am lacking is the knowledge but it is getting there. Thanks for that before pic man, I can't say it enough. Awesome results and pure motivation for alot of guys on here, keep killing it bro and I'll keep following!

Day 46:

Workout: cardio...did a little cardio but working 10 hours puts a damper on just about anything lol

Diet: carbed up today with about 359g carbs...enjoyed a giant ass blueberry muffin and some mini wheats with a lot of apples and oranges today just craving fruit like crazy ate around maint...2700 cals

Notes: felt a little light headed today...not sure if it's my bp spiking or not but nothing to bad...super eager to go lift something lol taking time off of the gym even a day is a killer I just have an urge to lift so it's hard haha overall a semi stressful day dealing with bills and blah blah but tomorrow is shoulders abs and cardio the. OFF FOR 3 days!!!!! Woot woot

haha, no problem man, credit where its due. It is just neat to see real results on here. Not that you don't see it all over the place but there are some fit mofo's on here (now you're one of em), some regular Adonis'. Just shows what it is attainable if you put your mind to it.

Diet: simple...eggs chicken and peanut butter lol almost no carbs

Notes: damn BP keeps spiking...I get light headed and can't focus at times...but I'm looking leaner everyday...I planned on working out I just couldn't pull myself to the gym sadly...head hurt to bad and had a million things to do so tomorrow I'll rip it up!! Can't wait to eat up lots of yummy carbs tomorrow!!!! Just wish my body would get use to this anavar already

I would think any vasodialtor would help. I runn AAKG during any cycle and my BP is usually pretty good.

Pumps were amazing! AAKG is kind of a standard supplement I run all the time. I make my own pre work outs and stuff like that.

You could also throw in alpha lipoic acid and raspberry ketones for some quality antioxidants.
 
Had to stop by and give you some props...I tried to do the whole fasted training today...I was starving before i even got ready to go to the gym. I don't know how u do it man lol

It takes a little while to adjust, but if you give it time and ease into it, the human body pretty much adjusts to anything.

Took me a little while to adjust but now its no problem. I feel weird when I eat outside my usual window now. The main point is to keep time consistency and develop a clock (mines 1800-2200). Hunger will eventually come to a minimal and as long as your eating +/- an hour of your window ghrelin wont run all wacky. Doesn't mean your metabolism slowed, just means catcholamine response to low blood sugar and insulin is adequate.
 
Fasting just isn't for me. My body does best with consistent feedings. Not to mention food is such a big part of my life.

I feel you. I am nostalgic about breakfast at times. This just fits into work/life balance and made it all easier to me.

Chest and tris: no PRs today but I also didn't go wild though the weights seems lighter then normal and my pump was strong! Hit 8 sets of bench and tons of incline flys and press to work this laggin chest of mine

Diet: spot on today...7 hour eating window...60g carbs all immediately post workout...rest was fat and protein around 2200 cals

Notes: did not want to go to the gym...I was just tired and felt blah but when I got the gym holy god I was just on fire!!! Felt like a pure beast!!! Looking in the mirror at me when I was pumped...such a great feeling...I think this anavar is bringing some veins out...head ache wasn't nearly as bad today either...spent lots of uninterrupted time with my daughter today so that was just the best feeling ever...also had to give away some of my old clothes bc they don't fit anymore haha Going to kill back and bis tomorrow

Workout: back and bis...ripped that **** up!!!! 2 solid hours of just madness...had a blast today...love having ppl stare at me and yeah it was epic lol

Diet:.....well was on the go all day getting ready for my daughters birthday...ended up killing some ice cream at a "make your own sundae" bar and ate some wing but then it was oatmeal and a big 14oz steak when we went out to the cracker barrel then 16 wings when I got home lol 3200 cals today but still followed a 6 hour eating window with over 325g of protein haha

Notes: great day overall had a wonderful time with my girl so I'm in a good mood :) plus no work tomorrow!!!!
 
Lol I love the stares at the gym. Last week some guy I don't know whispered and asked if I was on anything between bench sets lol I told him " yeah...food" good job though man I'm super jelly for 2 reasons 1. You got to spend 2 hours in the gym 2. You don't have to work tomorrow

yeah I'm leaning out day by day and my strength is going up great I did 12 reps with a 40lb DB on inclines today super slow and concentrated

Yeah bro it's a place called "sweet frog" they had a thing text frog21 to this number and 1 out of ten ppl win a free sundae so my girl did it and lost so I tried and won lol ended up getting a 12oz sundae (cherry cheesecake) with fresh black berries and raspberries on top it was absolutely insane and FREE!!!
