hey my bros, I have a question. Is there a supp that does for fat (food not bodyfat) what Slinshot does for carbs?

I live in beef country and it is the time of year when my In-Laws give us a side of beef (roughly 400lbs worth of steaks, roasts and hamburger). Due to that the wife said I/We need to stop buying so much chicken and eat more beef. It comes from the butcher roughly 90% lean, they do a good job of getting most of the fat out but still.

I get tons of fat from meats in my diet and
I cut up nicely...for me cutting is cals in vs cals out with low carbs that works best for me...I'd say have no worry with all that yummy fat just keep your carbs low if you have your fats so high bro

Mustang has to remember, you can't cut everything out. Beef is ok man for sure. :lol:

I cut up nicely...for me cutting is cals in vs cals out with low carbs that works best for me...I'd say have no worry with all that yummy fat just keep your carbs low if you have your fats so high bro

Day 40: 196lbs

Workout: abs calves cardio...20mins of Heavy and and calves felt great...30 mins on the elliptical worked up a killer sweat

Diet: spot on today 6 hour eating window trained with 15g BCAAs while I was 19 hours fasted

Notes: Ok so I ****ed up my anavar today :( like a happy little school girl I quickly grabbed my Var and gulped down 50mg forgetting it has to be split due to the 8 hour half life lol so oh well tomorrow will be 30mg am 20mg pm...also I'm still on tbol until friday...so 40mg tbol with 50mg var I'm feeling beast! Haha injection when flawless as always :) bloats gone and water is staying off and diet is perfected with my addition of my ECY I add 1 serving after my eating window to prevent night time hunger...checked BP today it was 130/82...god I love my fiancé lol at this point I'm a walking chemical factory lol Test E, Var, Tbol and ECY all running in my system!! Good bye fat!!!!!!!

Lagging bodyparts suck! Mine are my legs. I squat/deadlift heavy but they won't grow. Think I need to lighten the load and up the reps. Guess for now it makes my upper body look that much bigger haha

Day 41:

Workout: Chest and Tris...felt great lifting even being 18 hours fasted...tho I did skip my last exercise because I was so hungry and had oatmeal waiting for me at home...got my bench up even more so right now I'm pre cycle bench was 225 5 reps today was 265 4 reps (no spotter) did 8 sets of DB flys I was having fun I blew my PR up lol 65lb for 8 reps on incline flys I could feel the growth lol

Diet: Odd bc of my work and I wanted to carb up since its a high carb day today and tomorrow...due to my big lifting days so I managed 200g carbs immediately post workout felt good but got full fast this anavar really does kill the appetite which is fine by me :)...ate some ham and Greek yogurt and ground beef...calories were low today but not on purpose I ended up with only around 2k I like to get 2500-2800 on my heavy days but oh well

Notes: var is killing the hunger which is cool I only did 1 ECY today to help with my morning hunger...back and bis tomorrow with cardio in the AM fasted...gotta hit the tanning bed soon as well...hardly any bloat from my 200g of carbs just full muscles...taking a few vacation days from work in a few weeks just to really focus on my cycle and lifting :)

Var killedn my hunger too and when I ran ECA forget it I didn't want to eat which I wasn't happy about, but for your purposes it is definitely a blessing =)

Day 42:

Workout: Back and Bis today...went pretty decent certainly above average...I really destroyed my lats with various exercises...Had a decent pump in my bis though I was tired from getting up at 9am with the little one but I fasted from 730pm last night until 3pm today...so at 1pm I was 18 hours fasted lifting so needless to say my strength will be down but it wasnt it was up! love anabolics haha...overall a nice lift

Diet: Planned on eating about 2800 cals since its a heavy lifting day again but I just can't eat I have zero appetite so I ended up with 2500 cals 180g Carbs 200g Protein and rest was fats...Tomorrow is leg/cardio day so I am doing no carbs since my glycogen stores are filled up from the past two days for squats tomorrow

Notes: Can't wait for this anavar to kick in and start leaning me out more...but the appetite suppressing is certainly a plus when you cutting.
