Howwedo's trip to the darkside...forever!!!

Day 18

Starting to feel it kick in bit by bit...pumps are insanely sick with tbol and prodigy omg...so I went to the gym at 115 and had to leave at 3 bc of work lol I would of stayed til 330 if I would of had time....patients are very low today and a small pain in my lower abs (not a hernia) it only hurts when I have to piss really bad

Workout: chest and tris today...a little pissed I couldn't do exactly what I wanted bc my gym was packed but I managed 90lb ez bar French press for 10 reps (30lbs on each side with the heavier ez bar) tris were super pumped along with my chest...a tad pissy today not sure why just don't wanna deal with anyone

Diet: ate clean and a ton post workout around 1400 kcals for my first post workout meal going for 3600-3800 today...also first thing in the morning I was 195.5

Notes: wed and Thursday will be 2 a days again like this....WED am legs...pm forearms/calves/traps...THURS am shoulders...pm abs.... Going to shoot for 10-11 hours total gym time this week
 
I know Friday is coming up and I'll be doing my 3 week updated poses that are on the front page but I wanted to throw up a fully relaxed pic I just snagged...I'm fairly pleased so far seeing as how the test didn't dilly kick in yet

Seeing the progress in this log alone is making it very difficult to be patient and not start my upcoming cycle early. Guess its good i haven't gotten my pins and ancillaries yet.

an old service buddy got me a 12wk run of TestProp/Winstrol and said "just run that." I didn't even know the term "PCT or SERM" or even what "Nolva/Clomid" was but had heard of Arimidex enough to ask him and he said "naw you'll be good man." I thank you guys here on AM for all the knowledge you give newbies like me even when we don't ask for it, reading it is enough sometimes. I am learning what I need for my PCT and for cycle assist but my body is not ready yet. I am concentrating on losing BF and getting my diet in check before I rock it so I can maximize gains like our boy Howwedo here!!

Day 19:

Strength was at par today didn't change...went down on my chin ups a lot I guess I have to wait for my strength to catch up to my extra body weight...lower back is a bit sore I'm sure it will go away by tomorrow...

Workout back and bis...had to cut it short due to work...time goes way to fast...pissed me off a bit...I may do my 2 exercises I missed tomorrow night

Pinned today...first time I bleed as much as I did...it was like a big glob of dark red blood then it stopped lol little to no pain so I'm happy...we will see how it is tomorrow with the pip since I'm doing legs in the AM

Overall deff not my best day at all but I'll live

I wouldn't let it bother me too much man. Even roided up juice heads have our bad days. Tomorrows another day with another chance to get stronger. I'm sure you'll smash it.
 
Agree with all the above. Not everyday can/will be killer. Give 100% so you know you did the best you could do. Tomorrows another day.
 
Thanks AM brotheren I plan on breaking my squat PRs tomorrow!!!! I'm going to use the belt to help with back pumps as well :) I'm going to have to crawl out of the gym tomorrow hehe

Standing and sitting calf raises
Leg press and quad ext....needless to say I was dead haha

Diet ate clean and about 350g of carbs and I giant 1lb steak

Notes: walked in the gym with no pump or anything and a guy I know said wow man your getting huge!... Major boost haha sitting at 195.5 still so all my gains from now on will certainly be lean mass and not glycogen shoulders and abs tomorrow then pics on Friday woot woot

My legs are kinda small but for doing squats like that idk how they are no where near that big its crazy but wow I was so pumped haha

That's sweet bro. Passing 300lb is a milestone! Have you ever tried a reverse pyramid? Ever since I switched over from pyramid to reverse pyramid training I've had huge gains. It's basically ( after warming up ) starting at your heaviest weight for a target rep range then every set you lower the weight in following sets to stay in that target rep range. It's killer bro for sure.

Shoulders abs...nothing crazy today but had a nice shoulder pump spent about 1.5 hours in the gym...ate like a monster today had a London broil made in a potato stew it was amazing haha...test shall be kicking in very shortly :) also might being adding anavar the last 5 weeks at 70mg to help cut bf at the end...sorry this is a short update just very tired today...will get pics up tomorrow after work!! So pumped to compare these mofos for hours haha

1 lb of London broil baked in the oven with carrots and red skin potatoes cut up and soaked in its own juice nice and slow for 8-10 hours it's amazing!!!
