You will get right back up man I know it...last nov I was sitting at 188lbs lifting hard and long story short ended up with pneumonia and a collapsed lung...put me out of the game for 3 months about and I said screw it I had to eat mostly sugary processed crap bc I had no hunger and that's the only thing I would eat...well ended up at 171lbs and weak as ever but I got better and kept working at it now I'm killing it with a vengeance!!! Damn pneumonia . I had it too severely
With a dangerously high temperature level. Stuck in the hospital for 3 day. My skin was turning yellow
And chit . Couldn't train for a month after. No matter how big you are that chit puts you down like an injured horse
 
Day 6:

No PIP which is awesome!!! So I did legs today well I pounded them!!!!! Used gerbils link he gave me and gave that a shot...damn my legs are beat!!! I managed 245lb 12 reps then 275 for 5 reps on squats...had to stop after 6 sets by back pumps omfg you guys weren't kidding about them damn things holy ****!!!!! Ouch!!!!! Also did standing calf raises with 275 15 reps I had to take the elevator down bc I couldn't use the steps...will weight myself for my followers tomorrow :) I'm sure I'm up since my body went from 1800 cals to 3k and from less then 100 carbs to 200-300 carbs so I'll be hold water I'm sure but strength is up and I'm looking very full...shoulders abs tomorrow brothers!!!!!!

Ate honestly over a pound of tuna helper, a small ice cream cone with my daughter, 2 plain Greek yogurts 2 string cheeses and a nice piece of chicken lol all post workout haha my legs are taxed bro!!!! Feels amazing

In a true off season my routine I alternating weeks of 2x50 sets. 6 exercises. If I'm not done in 40 minutes, I took too long.

Didn't lose any ab definition and look hella pumped! Keep it up but don't let it get you out of control with you diet because it will catch up if you do. I don't mean to be that guy but I had that happen with my first mdrol run, I wasn't gaining any fat but put on 8 lbs the first week so I said hell I can just keep eating and keep gaining. I ended up a fat mess for me at the end of it all! LMAO I know you will figure it all out. In any case looking great bro! Can't wait for the test to hit!

Thanks bro I appreciate it and yeah I've been pigging a little bit I'd say 80% clean food like on a cut with 20% cheaty type food but I may clean it up even a little more just incase but thanks for looking out man

I concur , AAS has the ability to increase glycogen stores and 1g of glycogen holds 3g of water , so its basically a lot of muscle and glycogen weight my friend.

I'm pretty sure a lot of that is muscle mass bro, but rest easy bro , water, glycogen and muscle all counts towards LBM :p since its NOT fat haha. And trust me, based on that pic, you have not even put 1g of fat.

Shoulders today...need advice in what to do to help with these shoulder pumps I was dying today I had to cut my workout a whole exercise early bc it hurt so bad lol but felt pretty beast still not the "on" feeling but the pump was intense...went to a Chinese buffet after my hour and 15 min lift and cleaned 3 plates yum it was awesome...going home now to eat about 2 pints of liquid egg whites with some cheese...can't wait for back and chest tomorrow!!!! The weights shall be murdered tomorrow....also another note today I ate a few hundred more cals today then normal bc I played 2 hours of intense ultimate frisbee and then swam for awhile...overall feeling good!!!

I'm jealous, chinese food lol you're killing me Smalls. I've never had shoulder pumps like that, I guess just use more taurine.

Make sure you eat the chinese after the sex...eating before is just terrible, I would know because I tried =)
