Workout: Off day

Diet: pretty good I carbed up a bit since I've been 5 days with low to no carbs so I ate a big fat steak and some rice and noodles

Notes: guess I did a bit of cardio...lol...my girl who can be a bitch sometimes trust me actually did something cool...she pinned me then flipped over and said ok my turn I joked and said yeah I doubt you want to grow hair and have a deepened voice and she said no I mean it's my turn to have something stuck in my ..... Lol

It's not to bad the pumps are pretty intense that I love and the strength is crazy crazy lol today is bench so ill be able to really see it shin I hope

Actually var did kill my BP but oddly enough sdrol has no affect I'm at around 140/85 on average

My life's been crazy now my girls sister tried to kill herself and ended up getting 8 stitches in her stomach...she told the case worker she felt she needed to be punished for eating bad this past week from the holidays...she has some serious underlying problems!!! She will never be allowed to watch my daughter alone and my girl is fighting with me about that!!! Well I got my friend who is a sgt of my towns police to come over and tell my girl right to her face if she leaves my daughter with her sister without me knowing he is taking my daughter until he can get me at work to come get her and he is arresting her for endangering a child...good scare tactic :) good to know ppl

Sdrol is seriously two different animals when carbs are involved and aren't involved lol I'm deff bumping to 20mg next week :) this is fun plus no sides woot woot! Love my LIV 52, fish oil multi and aegis

Day 17: 15mg sdrol 25mg aromasin 250mg test


Workout: shoulders and abs...had a killer pump in my shoulders from Carbing up ouch lol strength was awesome tho

Diet: carbed up a bit with some Xmas cookies and such but made up for it with chicken and steak for the rest of the day maint cals today

Notes: sdrol is deff a different animal on a carb up day...strength is crazy and pumps are intense!!! I'm certainly going up to 20mg next week to get my bench up a bit more...this will give you an idea of how much glycogen sdrol can store...totally carb depleted yesterday I was 198lbs today after a heavy carb up I was at 208 haha crazy **** bros everyone is really starting to think I'm on something at this point :p lol

Day 21: Sdrol 15mg aromasin 12.5mg pinned 250mg test

Workout: chest and tris...had a killer workout after having 2 days off and all those holiday carbs I crushed my bench PR with chains and maxed out the Tricep pull down machine at 150lbs doing 12 reps ouch my tris were super pumped...had a blast killing it today certainly one of my best workouts got tons of looks today specially with all that weight on my bench

Diet: holiday mode still not the best but not to bad going to cut hardcore when I get my vanillean in

Notes: great day today I must say...going with my buddy tomorrow for back and bis going to rip **** up!!! Also upping my sdrol to 20mg for week 4 and 5 then upping my test to 650mg for 12 weeks and doing a winny finisher my last 6 weeks on it to cut up for my photo shoot

I'm about ready to crank up the sdrol to 20mg I've had no sides at all from this stuff at 10 or 15mg yet anavar raped me with blood pressure problems lol

Sitting at 211 this morning...between the sdrol and the Christmas goodies what do you expect lol so I started my cut for real today will continue my sd for another 2 weeks at 20mg then ill be upping my test to 650mg with ECY stack and BPS vanillean leading up until I'm 6 weeks out from my photo shoot then it's time for winny to finish my long ass cut then ill be back down to cruise at 200mg for 12 weeks

Do yourself a favor and pick up some grape seed extract and cranberry extract. SD gave me some kidney discomfort until I started blasting it with these. Just my $0.02!

You've got quite a layout for the remainder of your cycle, man. Are you going to run the ECY through your Winny or cut it off just before. It would probably help out a lot at that point as long as it doesn't give you any BP issues.
 
Day 23: 15mg sdrol 12.5mg aromasin


Workout: shoulders and legs: strength was on pair didn't go up much but I was carbless today also did 15 mins of jogging post lift

Diet: ohhhh man....got so mad at myself for eating like a pig during the holidays I really cracked down! I fasted until 5pm then ate 8oz 93/7 hamburger then post workout was a protein shake and a cheese omelet...1400 calories 250g protein rest fats only 8 carbs lol

Notes: looked and felt flat as a deflated balloon but that's bc my body is so use to high carbs going carbless killed my glycogen stores but it will be worth it when the fat loss starts!!! Time to crack down ppl no more bulking at all for awhile
 
Day 24 275mg test E 12.5mg aromasin 15mg sdrol

Workout: off day (did some elliptical at home for 20 mins)

Diet: 1800 cals 200g protein 15 carbs rest good fats

Notes: so flat haha my body still has to get use to the no/low carb thing and ill be good but I'm happy I can see 2 days with no carbs how much water I'm losing already just hope my strength goes up...I upped my test to 550mg a week will go up to 600mg next week then 650mg the week after and stay on that until my photo shoot then back Down to 200mg cruise for 12 weeks

Thanks my brother I've gained around 15-18lbs of muscle since my last cycle and I've been pinning for 6 weeks now going into my 7th week and sdrol at a little over 3 weeks so pretty good progress tho I did put on 10lbs of fat but I can chop that off in 4 weeks easy I'm pumped to see what's under this fat it's like opening a Christmas gift haha
