Yes I still pinned my girl snuck in a pin and pinned me lol I've been eating a lot of protein shakes and just resting so not doing much to keep myself in check but I'm hoping the anabolics helped with that...my weight is actually the same...I'm feeling much better..1 week until I start my sdrol and I'm back to work on Friday

Also for those of you that remember me taking the tests for the new police department I'm trying to get in well I made the list out of 62 people I'm number 4 so I'm pretty happy with that

Duh bro!!!! First run of sdrol for me I ran with andromass and holy shît those pumps were painful. Had so much skin stretching that I remember comparing to feeling to really bad sunburn.

Sdrol 10mg

Diet: ate some subway and lots of roast beef...4k cals 350g protein 300g carbs rest fat

Workout: back n bis...pretty beast day strength is up regardless of still being sick :) the pump is freaking intense holy crap

Notes: 203lbs today...funny thing is last year on nov 29th my doc chart has me at 165lbs haha and now I'm sitting at 203 :) so much fun

nice,203 id love to be at maybe 185-190 but really lean.highest ive ever hit was 194 but not lean at all.

Nice man!! That's awesome gain for a year. I was 165 in January this year just weighed in at 206 flat today. Its a good feeling to have progress like that!!

Strength didn't really show up for me until the end of week 2 but the weight gain was instant and phenominal!

Had issues with that too. CoQ10 200mg/day and it was gone in 3 days back to 120/60

Well I mean its designed for heart health, il need to do some more reading. On my cycle now though I am always between 120-145 over 80. The bottom number is always 80
 
Ment to say I always suffer from palpitations also but I've had ekg and what not run and they say I have a heathy heart. Generally only happens during anxiety or time of pressure like sports.

Bad choice to mess with someone on sdrol lol needless to say I got him on the ground and had my knee on his neck before he knew wtf hit him...and all I kept saying is oh man I thought you were big and it'd take 7 of us to take your wife beating ass down!! I said man I'm disappointed in you broski lol so his cockyness was short lived

i wish i could have tha chance to do that when im on cycle,hell anytime for that matter.Would just enjoy it more with the extra rage!

Diet: same old bulking diet...prepping my body for my nice sexy cut coming up

Notes: noticed my nips are sore and hurt so I'm upping my aromasin to 25mg for a few days then back to 12.5mg...soreness post workout is almost completely gone...sickness is almost gone...aggression is pretty intense at time and acne is a bitch on my shoulders and arm but only my right one...it's odd...few more days I should feel the sdrol kick in...ill be doing 10/10/15/20...also taking tudca and 2 liv52 pills every night...Christmas shopping tomorrow lol oh the joy haha

Just because your out of pct bro doesn't mean your bodies back in homeostasis. I was still getting pimples 4-6 weeks out of pct.

You're lucky. I've been absolutely drag ass tired and steadily gaining fat during and post pct. I'd rather have a zit or two on my ass!

Lol oh I've been doing the same. I was actually fine until pct was over. Once I stopped the Nolva and DAA I have packed on some fat. But I figure oh well it's winter right? Lol
