I f**king love this, diet is easy as f**k, all I gotta do is not eat certain sh*t, how easy is that! :D Quit heavy MJ use, almost 48 hours, that was easy too, how hard is it to NOT DO something? :P

And the best thing about it is that I'm losing fat, increasing muscle and all my lifts are almost 300lbs now from not lifting any weights for a year!!

Man, 185lbs or 84kgs 7-9% ain't gonna be a problem!!! :D :thumbsup:

If anyone needs help cutting down, PM me, this is by FAR, the MOST EFFECTIVE Cutting cycle I have EVER DONE! :thumbsup:

There's a major difference between when I first started and now, I'm sure there is at least a little LBM loss, but I can't tell and all of my lifts are improving EO workout.

The only thing that f**king sucked was the Military press, I think I know why:

A- My left shoulder has been aching a bit

B-I do Snatches and Clean & Jerks before the standing Military press so I think that taxes my shoulders a bit, I'm thinking about doing Military presses first, then moving on to the Snatch & C&J.

Also, my friend was saying there's no way I lost almost 30lbs in 30 days (on Jan the 14th, it'll be exactly 30 days).

Well, if I was 230lbs on Jan 3rd, that means I had 20 days before 230lbs!!!

So if we look at the tracked results 230lbs on Jan 3rd and 216.6lbs on Jan 11th which is 13.4lbs in 8 days, Noooooo, no way I can lose 15lbs in 20 days WITH the initial water loss....NOOO....:rolleyes:

I'm assuming there might be some muscle gain too, I have this Calvin Klein XT shirt (L) which is like Under Amror but more comfortable and better looking. It used to be an OK fit on the shoulder/chest area and tighter around the stomach, now it's the other way around, tight around the chest/shoulder area and the arms too! and doesn't even touch my stomach, so I would think there is some recomposition going on.

Well, I ain't gonna stop till 7-9%, I might change it up to a full Keto zero carb raw carnivorous diet(instead of the UD2.0.) since I might have a steady supply of cheap prime rib which is 75% fat 25% protein(perfect ratio), also liver, beef kidneys, tripe, pork brains, some sauerkraut and some lamb brains!

But I have about 65lbs of WPI so I'll probably just use all that for protein to save some money and then switch on to the carnivorous diet.

Wow, I can't believe it, 30lbs, mostly fat....that means two things to me, 1, I was a fat ass and even worse than the "outside" BF, I had a lot of visceral fat, which is unhealthy as f**k.

Two, even though I'm hating this and thinking about raw fatty bloody meat all day, not once did I go over my planned caloric intake, miss a workout or deviate from my plan, I put in 100% and I got 100% results back, still not there......

Now in Phase 2 of this diet.

Drugs still the same EC stack 25/200 3 times a day, will buy bromocriptine soon because it's time is coming up slowly, workout still the same Mon & Fri are the only days I lift, HEAVY COMPOUND, short, FAST workouts 1 hour MAX.

Cardio is still being re-formulated.

Diet is the major change, ALL carbs are eliminated, for good, no refeeds, my diet is now 100% from animals. Mostly fatty muscle meat but organs will be included and bones to a lesser extent.

Performance will suffer for 4-20 weeks, but it's more than worth it.

That's it, 2-5lbs of flesh a day, some ZMA at night and that's it.

Will report back if anything changes.

I know of a "famous" guy who ate nothing but fatty flesh for 48 years!!!!!! almost half a century!!!!!! He's 72-74 now, has all his teeth, still works out and looks 40-45MAX, I think he still lives in Australia.

Animal flesh is the healthiest thing you can eat, Day 2, no plant matter, just flesh, feeling great!

Yeah, that isn't so bad. It can also improve communication skills, in a very unique way. It's just the drowsiness, headaches, stuffy nose, depersonalization, anorgasmia and nausea that suck.

I'm gonna start bromo in exactly 90 days (76 days worth of EC supply and 14 days with no drugs) , unless I reach 185 in 90 days(which is very possible), the less drugs the better.

In fact I just spent $600 on a 7cu FT deep freezer and 100lbs of ribeye so not having to spend more money on drugs would be better!

That's 10lbs of fat every 30 days, from month 2 to month 5, can you dig it? who knows.:drillsergeant:

I'm buying another 100lbs next week.......:D......I doubt you can eat more than me in one sitting so dinner is no problem....I don't cook it for more than a min though..

I think cows have nightmares about people like me and you, like children have nightmares about monsters in their closets....

That's the only way to cook it! I then let it cool before slicing real thin to throw in my salads.

BTW, now that you're not eating vegetables -what are you doing for fibre, and general Vitamins, Minerals and Antioxidants? Hope you don't get scurvey!:33:

I've done this for a year before, no supplements except ZMA once every so often, I was healthy, ripped and strong only stopped the "diet" because of insufficient funds....but life is good now! :thumbsup:

EDIT: BTW, 214.4lbs today, calories were:

15th-4800-5100 3lbs of ribeye +1 double bacon cheeseburger(1lb)
16th-2400-2800 2lbs
17th-2400-2800 2lbs
