How Useful is a GDA?

I'm trying to eat more, and typically the easy way for me is to add carbs. I'm using conditioning & cardio to combat fat gain, and I'm wondering if a GDA would also help in this regard.

Anyone have experience with this?

I've experimented with SlinSanev2 (4-5 bottles), Slintensity(1 bottle), and now Recompadrol(1 bottle). SSV2 is my favorite, Rcomoadrol is still fairly new to me. I can't tell much for fat loss with GDA's yet but I can say I'm far less bloated after giant meals. I've put down 600g of carbs in a day and never felt lethargic or anything. I almost always take it with my preworkout meal (1+ hour out) and I actually feel a bit more energetic.

Ya I'm not expecting any fat loss, just a minimization of the insulin response from higher GI carbs. A dude can only cram so many black beans & sweet potatoes.

A partitioner is more useful.

Recompadrol is our trusted supplement...

Many reviews on here.

PM me with any questions

Interesting; I had not really considered a nutrient partitioner.

How do you feel it would be more useful than a GDA? I can provide more details if necessary. Thanks.

Most of the research I've done is pretty dismissive of partitioner effectiveness from a biological standpoint. Far more evidence that a GDA is at least somewhat effective.

The thing is a partitioned that goes strictly to muscle does not exists as far as I have seen. The partitioning effect will most likely help the glucose go to fat and muscle cells efficiently. Many ingredients do also have some competitive absorption effects in the intestines due to structural resemblance to glucose and block some absorption. This could be great for cheat meals and cutting. Add to the fact the activation of AMPK can aid fat loss and as a plus it is anti-cancerous.

Insulin sensitivity increase is very healthy though and GDAs do have there place. Just certain ingredients will suit a bulk and some a cut. Very interesting topic that I feel will grow.

I've noticed my bowel movements are a bit different and more regular with Recompadrol than SSv2. I took 2 caps and had some juice, yogurt, and 2 pb&js for breakfast and have dropped heat twice in the last hour. Not tryin to talk about poop here but I notice it more since taking it the last week.

Some of the ingredient will do that. Many reports of that with AP and Glycobol. If it is loose for too many days I'd be careful of dehydration and drink lots of water. Replace what goes out water goes out. If it's solid that's fine in my book. My poop book lol

lol true. There should be an official bowel movement thread. SSv2 I was solid, Recompadrol not so much. Regardless, 100+g of carbs and my belly ain't huge from it

Could be the berberine. It can do that. I got used to it though and was solid again.
