the instructions indicate to take three capsules separately three times a day. does this mean take one capsule three separate times to to make sure that each does is separate from anything else you are taking. meaning by itself.

You simply take 1 in the morning, 1 afternoon and 1 before working out or at night, glad i could help!

my initial sensibilities indicate three separate dosages, each one pill. but just the whey it was written separately made me think it differently.
