How to take Halodrol

Should Halodrol be taken on an empty stomach or with food? The label says to take only one tablet each day but does not specify any further.

also - is there a better time in the day to take it and/or when should it be taken relative to your workout?

Take it with some EFA's, ex. peanut butter.

When I would take it on a empty stomach I would get a headache and nausea. So I would take it some EFA's like mentioned above.

In my old age I don't take anything on an empty stomach unless it specifically says so. **** burns when it comes back.
