how to stack Norcodrene, AAV2, and f95?

Hey, I am looking to drop weight fast. I already have Norcodrene, AAV2, and Forskolin F95. Never did these nor stacked before. How would I stack these and what would be the recommded doses and times per day? Please help.

Assess tolerance with Norcodrene and AAv2 (it can burn due to capsaicin).

Forskolin start at two caps per day. Can be increased.

Norcodrene and AAv2 are both empty stomach I.e. 30 minutes or more before food or at least two hours after food.
 
I am currently doing cardio first thing in the morning before I eat and working out about noon. Looking to drop about 15 to 20 pounds.
 
pre cardio
1 cap norco
1 cap aav2 (work up due to capsaicin)

1 aav2 post breakfast (90mins after food)

pre gym
same as above

bed
take 2 aav2 pre bed 90mins after eating.
