how to recognize gyno

hello guys

I have never had any problems with gyno, but I would understand going specifically, and not just on what you read on the net, what are the real effects of gyno? What are the warning signs to understand that gyno is going to happen?
 
Painful hard lumps under your nipples. Wearing t-shirt hurts and if you do bench press and the barbell touches that lump, you won't be smiling.
