how to minimize injury risk while being enhanced?

as we all know, individuals who are enhanced are more inclined to undergo an injury in comparison to those who are not taking any exogenous compounds. this is due to the fact that our joints and tendons aren't able to handle the accelerated rate that our muscle and MPR is increasing at - this isn't anything groundbreaking and should be common sense. so, my question is this: how can we rebuff the potential of injury?

a common response i've seen were people recommending a split that prioritizes recovery such as FBEOD or an infinite loop of Upper and Lower with a Rest Day in between to give our ligaments, cartilage, and all that good stuff, enough time to recover. i believe this reply sounds logical, but, before i begin my cycle and choose to follow this protocol, i wanted to hear this all your thoughts on the matter because you are professionals in this field

Upper lower splits are trash for building a balanced physique, but the solution to the injury problem is to not lift heavy low rep sets or challenge the new found strength in the early weeks. Do not initially increase the weight. Stick with the same types of weights you have already been doing and add more sets and reps to increase the volume. Small 5lb weekly jumps in weight for more progressive overload, You can work hard without working too heavy. If your hitting or getting close to failure in the 10-15 rep range your a lot less likely to get injured vs someone who lifts heavy and strength oriented.

Basically just train like a bodybuilder and your risk is low.
