Hi

My name is Santosh.I am looking for some health tips to loose of stomach fat.
I tried a lot but not able to get a good result.I do cardio, yoga and keep maintain food also.
if you can guys suggest me then it would be more helpful for you.

Welcome to the forum Santosh. Losing weight in only 10 days is not a realistic goal. Fat loss takes time combined with consistent efforts through diet and exercise. Have you considered weight lifting or other forms of resistance training besides cardio? What type of cardio are you currently doing?
 
Only liposuction will get you noticeable results in 10 days. Eating below maintenance and exercising alot might get your daily to -2000kcal (which is too much) and that would total -20.000kcal. Fat tissue has roughly 7000kcal/kg so 3kg and maybe another 2kg from fluids totalling -5kg. Since you can't target the weight loss only to your belly, well, results may not be astronomical. This is only estimation and by no means recommended
 
The two above posts have you covered. I would recommend getting your diet on point for you goal of losing weight and being consistent with that. Over time with caloric deficit you will lose weight.
 
Not saying that you CANT lose weight in 10 days. I certainly do it every time I cut. But I also cut very easily.

Here’s a suggestion...instead of saying “I want a flat stomach within 10 days” try setting a more realistic goal for at your 10 day mark. Something that is achievable. This will keep your confidence up. Cutting is not an easy task.
 
yeah in 10 days you won't see mind blowing results....about a pound a week should be the goal so in 10 days maybe shoot for 2lbs, it won't show a big difference in the mirror....fat loss takes time, planning, and execution...doesn't happen overnight

It is possible to lose 10 pounds in 10 days.
It won't be fat only and it requires you to commit to a long-term solution or you would rebound.
That solution is not really a solution, but a compromise, and it assumes you are obese and young enough to recover without issue. That's not my suggestion but a statement of reality based on fad diets and SubQ injections under the care of a physician. $$$ (You will probably rebound)

That said, everyone who's stated you need a plan and a commitment to a non-spot reduction solution is on point.

- Diet
- Exercise
- Rest
- Commitment Daily


Be ready to change up your plan per plateaux, and if necessary a cheat meal within reason to help you cope at least.
2 pounds in 2 weeks is reasonable, almost too easy if you make certain changes but it is realistic.

You cannot spot reduce (Liposuction - $uggested)
Your body chooses where and when to pull the resources to burn fat.
Ketogenics may be something to consider initially then rolling into a Carb Cycling program.

A few things you can do immediately if you have not already is:
Kill all White and Refined products in your diet.

- No White Sugar (refined at least)
- No White Flower

Final Word:
Discipline. You will need something that has been lacking that has gotten you to this point. Discipline.
 
If you're desperate look into PSMF, but I'd rather just do what everyone else suggested, as PSMF is painful.

Even a PSMF will likely only yield 2-4 pounds of fat loss in 10 days - with the exception of maybe another 3-4 pounds of water weight potentially, but I doubt it would even be that much. Losing 6-7 pounds in 10 days including water weight is probably around what I would guess if you are just starting. If you're not very lean, I don't think the hunger pains on PSMF are all that bad actually. It's pretty easy to handle if you've got fat stored up.

OP - WHY are you trying to lose weight in 10 days? What's in 10 days? What do you weigh now? Do you work out? What is your diet like currently?

As everyone on here has pointed out, 10 days is a very brief period and your goal may not be realistic - but if we know what you need to accomplish exactly and why you only have 10 days, that could change things.
