How to donate

how do you donate to the site...or do you have to get a gold membership.....cant find a link for donating anywhere
 
Well, you can click on the gold membership link and adjust the amount to the amount you wish to donate or you can use your paypal account to donate to FLA Nutrition .

Or just become a Gold member :)
