How should I know with AP/P-slin

Ive been using P-slin and AP for a week now, 1 P-slin on non-workout days and 2 AP on workout days.

I play sports, so I have the P-slin or the second AP before practice.

I was wondering what I should look for to see if its working. I havent really noticed anything different, and my diet without the supps is pretty high carb anyway.

after a P-slin, I've been taking 80-120g carbs, and 60-80 after and AP. I've tried changing times between and AP and a meal from 12 minutes to 15 to 20 to 25 to 35 and havent really noticed much of a difference.

The only thing out of the ordinary that has happened is i got the "anabolic dumps" the second day on AP, but not since then.

Should i go longer to see if it kicks in?
 
Sometimes people don't experience the great pumps. However, taking Anabolic Pump will undoubtedly increase endurance, muscle mass, and fat loss. Endurance is something you will have to try and notice in your sports but as for fat loss and muscle gain, you will have to let the mirror be the judge and this takes time.

Perhaps give it a few more days and see if you notice anything, although a week should have given you time to notice the effects. PSlin tends to make people go hypoglycemic if they don't eat enough carbs afterwards. There is always a chance you are a non-responder.
 
i think im a non-responder because our team went away for a few days and i didnt use either one, and felt the exact same.

I might try seeing what happens if i go 45minutes or longer before a meal.
